We have a tremendous opportunity in Florida, but for only a tiny window. Our local candidates are reporting back piles of bounced mail when they try to do the "Mail In Ballot Chase".

The Election Integrity Patriots across Florida need to reach out to see if they can get this mail and/or the lists of bounced voters.

We need to then monitor those Mail In Ballot Requests to see if these bounce mail voter have a ballot mailed back in to the SOE (which we have see way too often).

This is the single thing we can challenge BEFORE an election and I bet the REAL CANIDATES would love to only have REAL VOTERS counted.

We would like to catalog those bounces in The People's Audit. So if you can send us a copy of the list we would be grateful.

Excellent video. (It's short).

Candidates running for the primaries should have access to the voter rolls, and could send letters to all the registrants within their county or state, who have a propensity to vote by mail (according to their voting history).

If the voter rolls are clean, everyone will receive their mail.

If they are not, many mails will be "returned" unopened.

We need to keep all these letters (or cards) and then double check the voter rolls after the election to see if any of the registrants, who didn't get the candidate's mail, were nevertheless able to vote by mail. (This is technically impossible. Especially if the mailing address in the voter roll after the election is the same as the one before the election.)

Could someone please get this message to Tina's team.

We need to preserve the paper ballots that were used in this test.

We also need to get a copy of the ballot images produced by the tabulators, as well as the CVR data AND the Ballot Definition Files (BDF) used by the tabulators.

We must not allow anyone to modify the BDFs that are currently installed on the tabulators.

My guess is that Dominion will modify the BDFs (either remotely or in person). Re-run the LAT, and the numbers will come out perfect. (They will tell us "Move along, nothing to see here... it was just human error...")

Ashe wrote an excellent article reporting on what is going on with the Logic and Accuracy Test (LAT) being held in El Paso County, CO.

The whole article is worth reading.

This section caught our attention (emphasis ours):

"According to people in the room, the high error rate was not expected.

Officials scrambled to call in additional judges and watchers given the high volume of rejected ballots, all of which need to be adjudicated for each of seven machines being tested. The reported estimate is that the Logic and Accuracy Testing is going to take 26 hours to complete given the high error rate.

At press time, I am told they’ve only completed three of seven scanners, and they will attempt one more before calling it a night and continuing tomorrow. Original expectations were that this test would take only a few hours."

👉 No matter how they try and spin this, they did not expect the LAT to fail so miserably.

Here is our prediction, they will write a detailed report in the coming days and point to some kind of "human error" as being the cause.

We don't need more technology to solve a process and accountability problems. More technology only adds layers of complexity that is needlessly expensive, and provides plenty of "plausible deniability" cover for thieves to operate behind.

Hand Counting of BALLOTS is required when there is more that ONE error in 125,000 vote opportunities ... EAC dot gov rules. This increases to 250,000 and next to 500,000 opportunities, with the Election Management Server (EMS) requiring less that ONE error in 10 million vote opportunities ... Lets see if they can operate at those levels of Exactness.. If not, all Federal Office races must be hand counted, because you can't trust the Electronic Voting systems and platforms... This isn't a CHOICE of Local election officials, but a REQUIREMENT of FEDERAL LAW. State law defers to Federal Law...

The L&A test is to encompass the entire set of possible ballots, types, styles, precincts and vote opportunities in the universe of possibilities. Each combination of vote opportunities is to be tested, selected for Undervote and Overvote, in each OVAL position. Every ballot, for which ever source which created them: Professionally Pre-Printed, Ballot-on-Demand should be part of this group. If ballots are created on a Ballot Marking Device (BMD), typically used by Disabled voters (ADA), those ballots should also be in the Test Deck, all combinations. Ballots sent as By-Mail Absentee should also be included, because they are FOLDED, so these too are part of the Test Deck. Multiple Scanners are also to be used, for each different combination. Actually, every scanner is to be used and tested as to scanning and capturing ballots and their votes. Every Ballot Marking Device is also to be tested, just like every scanner. This is a REAL Logic & Accuracy Test. You test and prove each system component. Because this is REAL LIFE, and the intent of the State Election Statutes.

Hiding In Plain Sight - (It's what you don't see that should be troubling you)

Compare the security features included in Automatic Telling Machines (ATMs) developed by the banks, versus the security features included in drop boxes. (Don't laugh 😉.)

The total lack of any security features tells you everything you need to know about how people in power really value your vote.

If they really cared and valued your vote, drop boxes (.... wouldn't exist 😊, but let's play along...), would have the following features:

- Cameras
- Pin pad (to submit a ballot)
- Would only accept one ballot at a time
- Provide a printed receipt

It would also display a report showing when the drop box was emptied and how many ballots it contained each time it was emptied.

The person emptying the drop box would have to enter a special security code, which would print the current tally of ballots in the drop box. The person would have to double check the number of ballots matches the tally. Then sign the receipt and keep it secure, as well as update the report with the current time, number of ballots and their signature.

The drop box should also print the time and location the ballot was dropped, on the envelope.

To cut a long story short, the process and procedures should be at least (if not more) stringent than what the banks use to manage their ATMs.

Since we are talking about banks... consider the amount of money and human resources they employ full time to keep their systems secure.

They spend billions of dollars each year hiring the "best and brightest", investing in the latest security technologies, and even they will be the first to admit that "nothing is 100% safe and secure". If anything, thieves keep finding new ways of defrauding banks.

If the banking sector can't secure their own banking systems, what makes the people in charge of elections think they can?

We discussed drop boxes in part 1.

That was just ONE small part of the election system.

Now imagine EVERY part of the election system is as poorly engineered and designed as your typical drop box.... (Think poll books, tabulators, EMS, voter rolls etc....)

That will give you a good idea of how "safe and secure" the WHOLE election system really is.

(In fact, it's worse than that. It actually takes some effort and thought to purposely design things so poorly. It's bad BY design. Wonder why... 🤔)

This was taken from a TV ad that was aired several times during the candidate debate in Hawaii several days ago.

As we mentioned in part 1: "It's what you don't see that should be troubling you".

That is 100% true. However, what makes this picture even more disturbing is that there are plenty of visible things that are very troubling.

- Why are they trying to normalize the fact that someone is dropping off 5+ ballots?

- The slot is large enough to drop off 30+ envelopes at a time...

- Why is the person wearing gloves? (Not to mention the hat and face mask etc...)

- Why are there two drop boxes side by side? (Isn't one enough?)

- Why are the drop boxes on castor wheels? (Seriously!? I know they want to make it easy... At this rate, they might as well place a few drop box outside several NGOs.)

Furthermore, from this video taken from Waialae Iki Park, Hawaii, we can deduce drop boxes are purposely being placed in locations that are:

- Badly lit

- Far away from traffic

- Unsecured (No gates or cameras)

And the drop box, which is designed with a locking mechanism, has no lock installed on it.

At this point they aren't even pretending to care. The least they would do is lock the drop boxes between 8pm and 7am.

To make matters worse, these drop boxes were put in place 5 days BEFORE the election officially began. (😱)

(When have you ever seen a government project finish ahead of time?)
