Referring to “why does it matter”about Brandtjen signing onto a decertification resolution.
Here is why: since no such mechanism *legally* exists, the requisite number of signatures (not sure how many) would establish a new precedent and set a serious standard that, given the WI Supreme Court’s ruling on the illegality of the drop boxes (ie, the election was illegal), just may stand up.
History is full of things that were without precedent. There was no precedent for leaving the crown, but the colonies did. They faced a stiff challenge to that and prevailed.
To break this deadlock, things without precedent must occur, be challenged, and God willing, be recognized.

For everyone screaming “why is nothing happening”…
What is transpiring in WI is what has to happen times many more legislators. This is *one* step in the right direction to achieving something without precedent.

Introducing "Keshel's Principle"
Captain K. pioneered the "party registration trend analysis" to expose counties that uncharacteristically bucked registration trends in the 2020 elections.
We carefully documented his methodology in the "How to Predict Election Results Using Registration Data" article.
When the population growth within a county is stagnant or declining. If one party makes record gains, it must come at the expense of the other party. (For the technically minded, this is nothing more than the law of conservation of energy applied to election dynamics, or in short "Keshel's Principle" 😊)
👉 Keshel's Principle:
- Between 2012 and 2016
- County has limited population growth or is declining
- One party begins making record gains
- Due to the lack of population growth, new registrations remain limited. (If there is any, it will be one sided)
- One party sees a large registration increase, which comes at the expense of another party. (i.e. people are switching party affiliation. As evidenced by Trump flipping the rust belt by winning 2 time Obama voters)
- All registration trends by party suggest continuation of this trend in 2020
Keshel’s Principle was defied in 2020 despite more serious trends showing large number of Dems switching parties.

Keshel's Principle - Example: Luzerne County, PA
- Population has been slowly decreasing since 2010. (About -1%)
- Republican party started making record registration gains, while the Democrat registration numbers started dropping significantly
- In 2016 the Republican party gained 20,363 new votes, whereas the Democrat party lost 11,856 votes (from the previous election)
- Registrations for the Republican party continued to surge prior to the 2020 election. The two party registration gap went from 24.2% in 2012 to 9.1% in 2020, which demonstrates the Republican party is quickly closing the gap, and has all the momentum.
Keshel's principle was defied in 2020, despite a record of new Republican registrations. The Democrats gained 12,422 new votes over 2016 and bucked the trend.

Sad but very true, and very convenient once you know this fact.
If you want to know the truth about any contentious topic, do a Google search.
Whatever shows up on the first page is most certainly false and propaganda.
Incredibly valuable once you are aware of this ☺️

Germany gave up voting machines in 2005
The cliff note version is machines are not transparent and specialist technical knowledge should not be required to count votes. Full Stop.
Trade Secrets have no place in public elections using tax payer money.
“This decision by the German Constitutional Court, stressing the need for transparency in the electoral process without specialist technical knowledge, effectively ended Germany’s recent use of electronic voting. Although the Court decision does not rule out electronic voting machines entirely, no further moves to adopt machines that meet the transparency requirements have been made.”

Give us the Source Code for the Election Machines

Source Code review was amended into in Philippine law.

Why does the Philippines have a public source code review provision but the US does not?

Folks,
This article was written in 1988. It describes election machine problems going back to the 1960’s.
https://www.newyorker.com/magazine/1988/11/07/counting-votes
Here is an excerpt from a person who was permitted to look at the source code of the technology back then.
"The only thing that I'm restricted from doing is telling you exactly the code that's in the program," he said. "It had lots of fascinating little nooks and crannies hidden around in it that no one has ever let me talk about. There are at least a half-dozen places, maybe a few less, where you could lay in a Trojan horse in that source code—lay in routines to do whatever you wanted to in an election—because there's code in that system that shouldn't be there, is not being used, is worthless to the operation of the system. It can be replaced with anything you want it to be."
Had Nunn found a trapdoor; that is, a place in a program where one can break down its security system and emerge undetected deep inside the program?
"Yes. There is one."
And had he found "wait loops'' in the program which conceivably could control outcomes, or "Christmas trees"—Nunn's term for surprise packages in a program?
"They're all there. There are wait loops there. There are routines that are not documented in the manual and, from every way I can determine, do not work."

Language matters. This isn’t about peeling back 10,000 votes at a time. It’s about understanding the true magnitude of what was ripped away in 2020.

Indeed, lack of proper chain of custody for 200k ballots, ineligible signatures, mismatched voting records, a quarter million corrupted ballot images.
That’s been known for 10 months. Remember, the audit was not a recount.
There were plenty of issues with the audit. It was the first of its kind. But it did reveal an uncertifiable election.

Maricopa County AZ
Captain K. wrote another excellent substack article, this time on Maricopa County AZ.
Here is an excerpt:
"The Democrats had never added more than 118,000 net new votes in the county in a single cycle (Kerry in 2004), but somehow Biden added 338,000 to Clinton’s total in a year the Republican nominee piled up a Republican record in a Republican stronghold."
Yes, the fact that Biden ended up with more votes than Trump is completely absurd.
In a sane world, it would be preposterous to believe Biden won Arizona legitimately.
👉 The numbers simply don't add up, whichever way you look at it.
Here is another excerpt from Seth's articles:
"It is crystal clear that Arizona’s voter rolls are being corrupted."
We agree. The registration numbers simply don't make sense either.
Here is the analysis we did of Maricopa County, shortly after the Cyber Ninja report was released, and corroborates Seth's analysis: Maricopa County, AZ

In a subsequent post Seth mentioned:
"From my article posted earlier, this is where I believe Maricopa would line up, as a best case for Biden.
The win may have been as large as 17%."
From the data (and the T/DR column in particular. i.e. the last column on this picture), it's obvious the elections have been heavily manipulated since 2012, and possibly well before that.
