From page 57 of the ES&S DS 200 Operator Guide:

“If the election is set up to save no ballot images, the DS200 will not save any ballot images or cast vote records…”

This may be why no Minnesotan has received any CVRs through public data requests from ANY county in Minnesota.

CVRs allow the machines to tell on themselves.

Solution:
Pass resolutions in county commissioner board meetings to have this functionality turned ON for the August 9, 2022 primary elections.

Else the machine-driven elections will lack this crucial machine audit trail.

So - I was asked about Pinellas County. We had received the CVR and I had not plotted the votes to review it! I am so very sorry! I believe that NOTHING that I have seen so far says that they tried to steal Florida better than the votes that were counted in Pinellas County. The final ratio ended up (after what appears to be a LOT of effort) at a Trump to Biden ratio of Biden eeking out a win at 99.54%

Because the SOS/vendors are dictating how counties run their elections.

Want county election officials to be confronted with this truth and then have the courage to turn on the CVRs… then maybe we can FOIA/data-request them going forward.

I am starting a new project today.

It is called “Contract with America II.” It is designed to follow in the path of the original 1994 contract in which candidates for office pledged to support popular bill ideas in the new term. The result was a GOP landslide and house majority for first time in 40 years.

The rules are simple. Candidates who sign on and post a public statement to support the *general framework* of the 10 Points and pursue if elected will go on the contract, which will continuously be updated from now until midterms so you can see who is publicly supporting the ten points for true election integrity.

I am going to pen a free SubStack outlining the contract later today.

Here are the rules for inclusion in Contract with America II

1)    Candidate for office (regardless of political party) who publicly expresses support for the Ten Points will have his or her name included on Contract with America II.  Mark Finchem, Republican for Arizona Secretary of State, is the first candidate to officially join the contract.
2)    The points are supported as a general framework.  For example, with ballot harvesting now legally considered felonious in Florida, a candidate in Florida would not be expected to spend time going after Point VII: Ban Ballot Harvesting.
3)    Candidates using the 10 Points as a general framework have leeway to alter or amend points in accordance with constraints and existing law so long as they are pursuing the general intent of the contract, which is to legally stamp out all known methods of manipulating America’s elections.
4)    Signatories must be candidates for offices that have influence over elections.  For instance, a candidate for comptroller is not a candidate for inclusion in Contract with America II – Save America’s Elections.

They are hiding the CVRs...a.k.a cast vote records. These will help us figure out if the amount of officially counted ballots cast match the number of voters who cast a ballot.

We already know they don't. Access to the CVRs will give us more pieces to the puzzle as to how that could've happened.

Is this approach still being used by D’s? Here is how it works.

On election day “non-partisan” poll workers monitor who voted in a precinct. They have a code assigned to each name on their own list which is not part of their official duty. As election day progresses, they send in the codes per precinct to a central program. National phone banks then call the D voters who haven’t yet voted to turn them out.

Might also be a nice opportunity to vote a person by absentee who hasn’t voted if you have some extra ballots. There were no drop boxes back then but their were plenty of blue mail boxes.

This is ballot harvesting by a different name!

Vote Flipping vs Vote Flipping ... and the art of "Plausible Deniability"

Not all vote flipping methods are the same.

Some methods are better than others.

The best have an element of "plausible deniability" or "human error" that always gives thieves a "get out of jail free" card.

We touched on this in our previous posts on Williamson County, TN:

Halderman's Antrim report is also important as well as the debacle in some Georgia counties during the 2022 primaries (Dekalb County 👀).

The pattern of fraud is becoming clearer, and we must admit, it is clever, because it is built upon "plausible deniability".

To cut a very long story short (you can read the relevant reports in the references below), the key is in purposefully crafting a mismatch between versions of:

- The paper ballot layout and the tabulator election definition files (for certain precincts only)

- The tabulator election definition files and the EMS election definition files (for certain tabulators only)

To keep this post short we will jump to the conclusions:

# Conclusions

By changing the ballot layout for some precincts and strategically loading crafted election definition files into some tabulators, it is possible to engineer a desired election outcome.

Over several election cycles more tabulators can be "fixed" to turn a red state purple, then blue... without anyone noticing.

The key point is that the tabulators themselves are NOT flipping votes per say (even though they have the capability to do that as well, and probably do in some circumstances. But why risk getting caught when there is a really good "human error" approach that achieves the same outcome?). It is the combination of "version mismatches" that can be crafted to achieve the desired outcome.

The reason this is so egregious is two fold:

- It provides perfect "plausible deniability" cover, as "human error" can always be blamed ... and is always accepted. That is, IF someone notices an issue in the first place. Most of the time no one does.

- ⚠️ There is absolutely no reason for these "human errors" to occur if these software vendors really wanted to avoid them

The last point is the most important. Let's rephrase it. It is professionally negligent (and most possibly "criminally negligent" as well) for them not to address these mismatches, which are entirely preventable and trivial to fix. It's almost as if they are doing it on purpose 🤔. (Counties should ask for their money back. It is unacceptable that a multi-million dollar solution has these flaws.)

# Solution

- Encode the election project version on the printed paper ballot. When a tabulator reads the ballot it should first check that the ballot layout version and its own definition file version match.

- When the EMS reads the tabulator data it should also check that the definition file versions match.

Both issues are TRIVIAL to fix, and would completely prevent these "human errors" from happening.

👉 In any case, the far superior solution is to go back to hand counting.
