## Hawaii 2016 Presidential Race Results
Here are the percentages for Trump and Clinton for each voting method (Absentee Mail, Absentee Walk-in, Election-Day):
Clinton: 71% | 68% | 64%
Trump: 29% | 32% | 36%
Yes it appears the absentee mail percentage vote for the Democrat candidate is higher than the election dat percentage vote.
However:
1 - How do we know for sure that there were no fake mail-in absentee votes?
2 - The gap is relatively small (7%)
3- There were actually more Democrat "walk-in" votes than "mail-ins." (145,710 compared to 121,181 respectively.) That kind of debunks the whole notion that Democrats overwhelmingly prefer voting by mail.
If we compare these percentages to the 2020 Results. A Republican who voted in person in 2016 was 4 times more likely to vote by mail in 2020, but a Democrat was 19 times more likely (!?). This doesn't make any sense. This does not even take into account the extra 100,000 Democrat mail-in votes in 2020. (π³)
## Collier County, FL
The results for the 2020 elections can be found on this webpage. (Please make sure to click on the "detailed" view, to see the votes by voting method for each candidate.)
The results are (By Mail, Early Vote, Election Day)
Trump: 52% | 72% | 74%
Biden: 48% | 28% | 26%
The gap between mail-in and election day percentages for the Democrat candidate is 22%.
We saw that the gap between mail-in and election day percentage for the Democrat candidate in Hawaii during the 2016 elections was 7%. Why is there such a big difference when, arguably the Hawaiian population was even more Democrat in 2016 than the Collier population in 2020?
Let's look at this from another angle.
What if we applied the law of large numbers to Collier County and assume the mail-in votes for Biden amounted to 29% (which is still more than the other voting methods. This will keep the legacy media happy.)
So the mail-in percentage for Biden is still greater than the other voting methods, but when you do the maths, the Democrats potentially have 27,000 extra votes. (π±)

Williamson County, Tennessee - EAC Report - Part 1
The report is for the municipal election held on October 26, 2021 and can be found on the EAC website here.
Doug Logan does an excellent job of reviewing this report in this video.
There are striking parallels between this report, Halderman's Antrim County report and what happened in Dekalb County, GA.
Here are quotes from the official EAC report followed by our comments:
> Close poll reports from 7 of the 18 ICP tabulators used during the election did not match the number of ballots scanned
The same thing happened in Dekalb County.
How is it possible that the problem only occurs on some tabulators and not all of them?
Why weren't ALL the tabulators updated with the latest configuration files? This is starting to become a trend, almost as if it is intentional... And it is starting to make a lot of sense:
- Mixing good tabulators with bad tabulators makes discovering the error (cough... manipulation) harder
- Before each election cycle a few more tabulators can be "fixed" to gradually change the voting patterns within a county so no one notices.
- Most importantly, they can always blame "human error" and provide a "possible deniable" explanation.
> The central count tabulation was confirmed via hand count of the paper ballot records
If we keep falling back on hand counting to double check the tabulators, why are we using the tabulators at all?
They keep tacitly confirming that hand counting is the most reliable counting method.
> It was discovered that the system was installed with outdated versions of two configuration files when the system was upgraded from D-Suite 5.5 to D-Suite 5.5-B in January of 2021
The version of the configuration files seems to be a major problem in Antrim and Dekalb as well.
β οΈThe ballot paper should clearly display (and encode) the version of the configuration files. The tabulator would then check the version on the ballot matches its own internal version before analyzing the ballot image.
The CVR files should also contain the configuration version used by the tabulator, so that when the data is uploaded to the EMS, a check can be made to ensure the version of the configuration files used in the tabulator match the version used in the EMS. (This would have completely prevented the Antrim County miscount).
This is really basic "checks" that are trivial to implement. The fact that Dominion does not perform these checks borders on professional negligence (to put it mildly).
It's pretty obvious why these checks are not performed. We will let you guess why.
> This election definition was imported into the D-Suite 5.5-B system from a definition originally created on the D-Suite 5.5 system.
Think about this for second in terms of timeline. The county is right in the middle of preparing for an election.
Do you really think it makes sense that a county would upgrade their election software when they are right in the middle of preparing for an election?
Regardless, why doesn't Dominion make election definition files produced by an older version of the software incompatible with a newer version, if that is truly the case? Again, that would be trivial to implement.
> Results showed that the anomaly was recreated on each of
the ICP scanners.
This clearly indicates some tabulators were updated with the new configuration files and others were NOT. Why?
How is it possible to miss some tabulators? (i.e. 11 were missed out of 18).
You only have ONE job to do... and you still can't get it right? ... Or is it intentional?
> indicating a QR code misread occurred.
Doug goes into this in great detail in his video. You can't misread a QR code. Either you can read it in full or you can not read it at all. There is no middle ground.

Williamson County, Tennessee - EAC Report - Part 2
(This is a continuation from Part 1)
> A final test was performed using an election definition recreated entirely on the D-Suite 5.5-B system with identical parameters to the definition used during the election and for prior testing. The anomaly was not observed during this test, and there were no instances of the
security error βQR code signature mismatchβ or warning message βBallot format or id is unrecognizableβ in the audit log.
The exact same parameters were used to re-create the configuration files with the new version of the software, and this time the tabulators worked fine. (Keep this in mind for what follows).
> The direct cause of the anomaly was inconclusive
β οΈ Really?!? This does NOT inspire us with a lot of confidence...
They are not really sure how this problem occurred, but please don't worry because Dominion did a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and identified and fixed the problem in their code. (Yay! ππ nothing to see here. Move along...).
NOTE: Doug goes into great depth in his video concerning the code, so we won't repeat it here.
Our take is that none of this makes sense. QR codes can NOT be misread for starters. When the configuration files were generated with D-Suite 5.5-B, the tabulators worked perfectly so there wasn't a problem in the code to start with.
The problem is obviously in how the configuration files are "crafted".
It means the configuration files can be crafted in such a way that a ballot can enable or disable certain code options, which will change the behavior of the tabulator.
π¨ The point we are trying to make here, is that you don't need to "hack into" anything. (π±)
Having the right configuration files, which are then triggered by the right ballot can change the behavior of the tabulator. This is all built into the code and no "hacking" is required.
In fact, "Special" ballots are indeed used to signal to the tabulator a new batch of ballots is about to be processed....
Now that we know this is a "feature" built into the tabulators, many different scenarios are possible.
We will leave that to your imagination.

We have attached some images for Williamson County TN, as well as the analysis summary for the largest counties in TN.
Please note that this is not related to the municipal elections we discussed in our previous post.
However, the signs of voter fraud are obvious from the high level summary data.
Many counties have DVI z-scores greater than 4! (π±)
Maybe the tabulator configuration files used in the 2020 election were all created with the wrong software version. Just sayin' π€·ββοΈ
