☀️ Let's (en)Courage County Commissioners ☀️

We should encourage County Commissioners to use their influence to get rid of mail-in voting, drop boxes and get rid of the machines within their county.

However, if the County Clerk or Secretary of State ignores their request, the county commissioners should not certify the election results unless:

- A snapshot of the voter rolls is done at 3 different points in time: 1) during the primaries 2) on election day 3) A few weeks after election day, once the voter rolls have been fully reconciled.

- The voter rolls have been analyzed and fully reconciled, AND no suspicious registration and voting patterns have been identified

- The CVR data has been analyzed and no statistical improbabilities, nor abnormal voting patterns were found

- All these files should be preserved by the County Commissioners with a checksum to make sure they can never be modified after the fact.

(Being able to compare current voter rolls against historical voter rolls is also crucial, so the files must have multiple backups in safe locations.)

is this really too much to ask?

BREAKING: Otero County refuses to certify primary election results!

Sandoval and Torrance Counties (New Mexico) are also deliberating on whether to withhold certification of the primary election.

We will be in Lincoln County tomorrow requesting that certification be withheld as the voting machines violate the election code.

Is Dekalb Co. the new Antrim?

CannCon's latest article "Is Dekalb Co. the new Antrim?" is important.

It clearly shows we are being lied to.

Georgians should be outraged.

The article get's a little technical but the key points are:

1) If Broussard was completely removed from the ballot there is no possible way a hand recount could have found votes for him. Period. (How do you find votes for someone who supposedly is not even on the ballot?)

2) If the Ballot Marking Device (BMD) was updated, they should have simply left his name but made it impossible for people to select. (You would imagine a multi million dollar solution would have a "withrawn" option that would simply strike through a name, add a "Withdrawn" notice and made it impossible for voters to select). This would have been the correct, most simple and fool proof way of dealing with the whole situation.

There should be simple processes and standards to deal with candidate withdrawals, and by all accounts the current process and standards are clearly inadequate. (What does this tell us about the competence level of the people in charge? And we are supposed to blindly believe everything they tell us, when they can't even get simple things right?)

If a multi million dollar solution is incapable of elegantly dealing with such a situation we need to ask ourselves why these BMDs cost so much...

If errors like this are possible, why do we even need them in the first place?

3) If the BMD was updated to remove Broussard from the County Commissioner D2 race, and the scanners were not updated, then it should have had a knock on effect on the County Commissioner D3 and D7 races as well (which are immediately beneath the D2 race). Why were no problems reported for these races?

CannCon is right, none of the official explanations make any sense, and people should be outraged.

# Summary

In Summary, Dekalb officials need to explain:

- How the hand count was able to find votes for Broussard if his name was NOT even on the ballot. (That's right. It is impossible. So why are they lying to us?)

- Why the County Commissioner D3 and D7 races were not affected

Finally, because we are dealing with machines, we should be able to repeatedly reproduce the initial machine count error if we restore them to their initial settings.

👉 We want to see a live video that shows us how to reproduce the initial machine count error. (And we want the (wrong) numbers to match exactly).

I have asked you for much, and many of you have delivered beyond my wildest dreams. One of my "shames" is that I don't always thank you individually enough, and all I can say is that I will catch up with this eventually. Regardless, I am going to ask those who have been FOIAing the crap out of counties to ask for one more thing that has suddenly become useful.

Please make a public records request for any ES&S county that has provided (or will provide) a Cast Vote Record for a "Tabulator Batch Report". Many ES&S CVRs are missing the "method" by which the ballot was cast (mail-in, election day, early). The Tabulator Batch Report fills in that gap.

People asking what you can do. Use a search engine. Locate your commissioners' email and phone numbers. Call, write, and show up to your next commission meeting, and support our efforts for transparency. Likewise, find a contact for the SOS and AG's office and give them hell. Stop being a spectator.

I will be expanding on this chart and others in my next substack which looks at CTCL data in a different way.

What this shows you is the ratio of D/R votes for all counties in the 2020 presidential election sorted in descending order from left to right in terms of all votes cast. For example, counties on the left had the most votes cast for all parties. The blue dot represents the ratio of D/R presidential votes per county. The green line is D/R 1.0 which means any dots above that line are D counties and any below that line are R counties. The purple line is the overall trend meaning, what you might expect, the more votes per county (urban areas), the more D. The less votes per county, the ratio drops below 1.0 typically.

Visually you can see how R counties outnumber greatly D counties because there are way more dots below the green line.

Seeing this correlated against CTCL spend is what my next substack is about.

Democrat's Love Affair With Highly Populated Counties

Captain K's excellent articles on "Democrats control 18 states with just a single county in each - Inside the Impact of Urban..." is touching a raw nerve.

We looked at this trend from a different angle in the "Battle of the largest counties" article, which complements Captain K's Substack article.

"Anecdotally, should this trend continue, the Democrats are only going to need to win the 12 most populated counties, in the 12 most populated states, to collect enough electoral college votes to win the Presidency. Election Data Analyzer is also coming to very similar conclusions and is going to show how it correlates to CTCL spend... (That should be very interesting.)
