TODAY: Mesa Colorado Public Meeting | Ashe in America (@AsheInAmerica)
Today, Thursday, May 19, 2022, the Mesa County Board of Commissioners will hear from District Attorney Dan Rubenstein on the substance and allegations contained within the third Mesa County Forensic Image Report.
While I hope for a fair hearing, I’d be more optimistic that we’d get one if the Commissioners had scheduled a balanced hearing that included the experts who created the report.
They didn’t do that.
They scheduled a meeting for Dan Rubenstein to provide a meaningless overview of someone else’s analysis of deeply technical subject matter that he doesn’t understand. According to the agenda, they’ve called no additional witnesses.
Worse, on Monday, the Commissioners cancelled public comment.
You read that right: they cancelled public comment.
At first, the original notice stated for people to sign up at 8:00am on the day of the hearing. Then, at 3:15pm Monday afternoon, the agenda was modified to remove public comment.
Interestingly, around 2:30pm on Monday afternoon, a source in Mesa County told me that they were, at that moment, working to get people sign up for public comment.
According to the “Rules of Decorum,” public comment is in effect unless “modified by the chair.”
The chair is Cody Davis. Like Jena Griswold, the Mesa County Commissioners have repeatedly shown hostility to their constituents and anyone else who asks them to remember their oaths of office and commit themselves to the truth.
Should we expect more of the same? Or can we demand better?
It really is up to us.

This is a hand-tally sheet. It’s an official SOS form used for hand counting ballots.
You may not know that ALL counties use these EVERY election for some of their ballots. For example damaged ballots, provisional ballots, and certain absentee ballots all get hand tallied.
Clerks and their staff know how to use these procedures. These procedures are legal and fully approved by the SOS.
When we go to County Commission meetings and ask them to listen to the will of the people and stop using untrustworthy machines to process their elections, we are asking them to do something that is perfectly legal and within their power.
The County Commissions are the authority that has to certify elections in their county. It is a violation of their oath of office to certify elections they know are being processed on faulty, vulnerable equipment.
The law requires County Commissioners be true to their oath of office, and represent the will of the people. The law never requires anyone be complicit in a crime.

"Investigating Election Fraud"
Why is it that in every county citizens can find widespread election fraud, but county officials who are in charge of their elections, with access to MORE data than the citizens, DON'T find it?
Obviously, they aren't even looking.
But isn't that their job?
So, if you are finding fraud in your county (not hard to do, there is so much of it) and your officials are not, then SUE YOUR OFFICIALS for their surety bonds for being derelict in their duty.
BondsForTheWin.com
You don't need a lawyer to do this, and if you win you get to keep the bond money. Good incentive!
Go for it!

Of the 1,807 Counties I have examined as part of The NGO Project so far in 28 states, 687 of them cast less than 10,000 votes in the 2020 Presidential Election. The average ratio of D/R votes for these 687 counties is 0.472. This means the ratio of D to R votes is about 1:2. These are by and large R counties.
Is this a good target list of where we can focus the elimination of the use of machines?

THE RISK LIMITING AUDIT
Many Secretaries of State perform Risk Limiting Audits (RLAs) following every election. It's the reason they will tell you you're crazy when you want to see the records and equipment from your elections.
The RLA is a computer-programmed farce of an exercise, where a computer "randomly" selects a tiny number of ballots (like 39 ballots out of 22,000). Then this tiny stack of ballots is run through a Dominion tabulator and recounts a fraction of the races on that ballot (like 2 races out of 20).
Then the votes for those two races are also hand tallied. The hand-tally and tabulator results should match.
The scenario I just described was performed in Chaves County, NM in November 2020. And the tabulator was UNABLE to recount 2 races on 39 ballots without FLIPPING A VOTE.
True to her corrupt nature, the NM SOS opened up no investigation to figure out what went wrong, she did not even require the ballots processed on that tabulator to be recounted. She needs to resign.

This professional researcher Dr William Doyle (had never heard of him until today) calculated CTCL “bought” 65,222 votes in WI.
My own method calculated 68,000 “bought” votes.
We both said CTCL flipped WI from RED to BLUE.
I feel vindicated in my methodology somewhat but am more angry than ever.
