Here are a sample of 32 counties with less than 1000 presidential votes from 2020. How many of these counties need machines to count votes? None. May I make a suggestion? Look at your own state and find similar counties with small number of votes. Find out if they are using machines. If so, ask them why? How much are they spending on machines? If not, find out how they hand count. Thanks.

True the Vote: Obama Affiliated NGOs Poured Billions to Steal Elections
In an interview with The Epoch Times, True the Vote founder Catherine Engelbrecht and election intelligence expert Gregg Philips offer an update on the 2,000 Mules ballot trafficking investigations.
“There are patterns that are developing here that go way way beyond just some local group,” Gregg said. “There are both international and national foundations that have found ways to get money into these communities and then the leaders that run the local insurgency, they’re the ones that decide what works in San Luis or what works in Atlanta… We’re starting to see big money, like billions. And we’re starting to see foundations that have been around for 60 years, foundations that hatched Barak Obama and that are hatching Stacey Abrams.”
“We are involved in a fairly mature counter intelligence effort that’s ongoing right now — some agencies of the U.S. government and some outsiders — and they’re looking hard at [where the money is coming from],” Gregg added.
Catherine reported that they recently received drop box video from Brown County in Green Bay Wisconsin. “We are now working with two local law enforcement agencies [in Wisconsin], so we’re excited about that. They’re making great strides and investigations are ongoing.”
“In Georgia, there are active investigations and we’re very optimistic,” she continued. “In Arizona, they were already in play when we came into it… they are doing some great stuff with their legislation and advancing the investigations… We’re just scratching the surface of Michigan. But there’s a lot to scratch, so we’re hopeful there once we get rolling. In Pennsylvania, in Philadelphia County, they had far and away the most egregious abuses of those drop boxes. We were able to do a very short presentation… There is so much material there — when that ball starts rolling it’s not going to stop.”
“The groundswell is incredibly encouraging,” Catherine said. “It’s all because the people are rising up,” Gregg added. Citizens are getting “more and more confident in their ability to proactively approach legislators and to press law enforcement at the state level — and I think even the judiciary is showing some signs that they are willing to listen… It’s citizens going forward to these legislators and helping them get educated on what’s going on.”
“I think we’re going to see some really interesting things emerge in the next few weeks,” Gregg continued. “And I just have every bit of optimism that American citizen’s rising up for freedom and to save this republic are going to make the difference… The people are regaining the power.”

Mr. Luna,
Election Integrity Idaho is a grassroots, volunteer effort to secure our elections in Idaho and to try and determine if fraud played a role in the 2020 election as evidence strongly suggests did occur in other States. So we read with great interest your letter on 'Safe and Secure Elections' dated 5/16/22.
You seem to be unaware that the conservative Heritage Foundation has ranked Idaho #38 in election integrity. Despite this dismal rating and despite the GOP party controlling both houses and the Governorship, zero progress was made to improve that ranking this past legislative session. One bill (H761) that would have improved our ranking to 24th and which passed the House with overwhelming numbers, died in the Senate State Affairs committee without a hearing - a committee controlled by Republicans.
Many of our members are Republicans. Most are appalled at the lack of effort the GOP has made getting behind improving election integrity here in Idaho. So to say that 'everything is fine here in Idaho' is not only wrong, it is dangerous. What makes Idaho immune from having happen here what has been seen in other States? In a conservative State such as Idaho, do you really want the GOP to be making statements that sound very similar to CNN talking points, that 2020 'was the most safe and secure election in history'?
The reality is that our group would not exist if the GOP was truly interested in election integrity. But too many people have had enough and are not going to sit around and be told everything is just fine. No, we have been doing the legwork to learn how our election systems work. We have been meeting with county clerks. We have been canvassing voters. We have delved into our voter rolls to clean them up. We have connected with similar groups nationwide and shared resources and research efforts. We have been pushing for cast vote records and cast ballot lists. This is the real work of securing our elections - getting to know every aspect of how they work, figuring out every way that fraud could occur and working to close any holes in our election processes to truly make them secure. We wish the GOP would get behind that effort.
Sincerely
Election Integrity Idaho

TODAY: Mesa Colorado Public Meeting | Ashe in America (@AsheInAmerica)
Today, Thursday, May 19, 2022, the Mesa County Board of Commissioners will hear from District Attorney Dan Rubenstein on the substance and allegations contained within the third Mesa County Forensic Image Report.
While I hope for a fair hearing, I’d be more optimistic that we’d get one if the Commissioners had scheduled a balanced hearing that included the experts who created the report.
They didn’t do that.
They scheduled a meeting for Dan Rubenstein to provide a meaningless overview of someone else’s analysis of deeply technical subject matter that he doesn’t understand. According to the agenda, they’ve called no additional witnesses.
Worse, on Monday, the Commissioners cancelled public comment.
You read that right: they cancelled public comment.
At first, the original notice stated for people to sign up at 8:00am on the day of the hearing. Then, at 3:15pm Monday afternoon, the agenda was modified to remove public comment.
Interestingly, around 2:30pm on Monday afternoon, a source in Mesa County told me that they were, at that moment, working to get people sign up for public comment.
According to the “Rules of Decorum,” public comment is in effect unless “modified by the chair.”
The chair is Cody Davis. Like Jena Griswold, the Mesa County Commissioners have repeatedly shown hostility to their constituents and anyone else who asks them to remember their oaths of office and commit themselves to the truth.
Should we expect more of the same? Or can we demand better?
It really is up to us.
Visit @USEIP for further updates and a live stream with Telegram Watch Party from 9:30am Mountain Time (11:30am Eastern).

This is a hand-tally sheet. It’s an official SOS form used for hand counting ballots.
You may not know that ALL counties use these EVERY election for some of their ballots. For example damaged ballots, provisional ballots, and certain absentee ballots all get hand tallied.
Clerks and their staff know how to use these procedures. These procedures are legal and fully approved by the SOS.
When we go to County Commission meetings and ask them to listen to the will of the people and stop using untrustworthy machines to process their elections, we are asking them to do something that is perfectly legal and within their power.
The County Commissions are the authority that has to certify elections in their county. It is a violation of their oath of office to certify elections they know are being processed on faulty, vulnerable equipment.
The law requires County Commissioners be true to their oath of office, and represent the will of the people. The law never requires anyone be complicit in a crime.

"Investigating Election Fraud"
Why is it that in every county citizens can find widespread election fraud, but county officials who are in charge of their elections, with access to MORE data than the citizens, DON'T find it?
Obviously, they aren't even looking.
But isn't that their job?
So, if you are finding fraud in your county (not hard to do, there is so much of it) and your officials are not, then SUE YOUR OFFICIALS for their surety bonds for being derelict in their duty.
BondsForTheWin.com
You don't need a lawyer to do this, and if you win you get to keep the bond money. Good incentive!
Go for it!

Of the 1,807 Counties I have examined as part of The NGO Project so far in 28 states, 687 of them cast less than 10,000 votes in the 2020 Presidential Election. The average ratio of D/R votes for these 687 counties is 0.472. This means the ratio of D to R votes is about 1:2. These are by and large R counties.
Is this a good target list of where we can focus the elimination of the use of machines?

THE RISK LIMITING AUDIT
Many Secretaries of State perform Risk Limiting Audits (RLAs) following every election. It's the reason they will tell you you're crazy when you want to see the records and equipment from your elections.
The RLA is a computer-programmed farce of an exercise, where a computer "randomly" selects a tiny number of ballots (like 39 ballots out of 22,000). Then this tiny stack of ballots is run through a Dominion tabulator and recounts a fraction of the races on that ballot (like 2 races out of 20).
Then the votes for those two races are also hand tallied. The hand-tally and tabulator results should match.
The scenario I just described was performed in Chaves County, NM in November 2020. And the tabulator was UNABLE to recount 2 races on 39 ballots without FLIPPING A VOTE.
True to her corrupt nature, the NM SOS opened up no investigation to figure out what went wrong, she did not even require the ballots processed on that tabulator to be recounted. She needs to resign.
