Wisconsin Senate Committee Issues Subpoena for Madison 2020 Election Records | Channel 3000

As we reported last week, a WI Senate committee has issued a subpoena to the city of Madison for election records. Channel 3000 has more details:

“State Republicans announced plans for their own investigation in late October after the non-partisan Legislative Audit Bureau shared a report outlining inconsistent administration of election law based on surveys of ballots from around the state.

The subpoena — issued by the Senate Committee on Elections, Election Process Reform and Ethics and signed by Senate Majority Leader Devin LeMahieu, Senate President Chris Kapenga and committee chair Senator Kathleen Bernier — calls for the city to turn over all physical absentee ballot certificates for the November 2020 General Election and the results of tests on electronic voting machines used for the election.

According to LAB’s report, Madison City Clerk Maribeth Witzel-Behl was the only clerk to decline to let the LAB physically handle absentee ballot certificates, citing chain-of-custody concerns.

‘Having to sign the third subpoena in the history of the Senate is not something I take lightly. It’s unfortunate and concerning that a few people running elections think they are more important than the electorate,’ Kapenga said. ‘I sign this with the full effect of the law behind it. We are not playing games, and there will be consequences if they don’t comply.’

Senate Republicans’ election investigation is being run simultaneously with a separate investigation led by former Supreme Court Justice Mike Gableman. Earlier this fall, Gableman sent subpoenas to the Wisconsin Elections Commission and the state’s five largest cities asking for election materials and interviews with election officials. A judge has set a hearing on whether or not to block that subpoena.”

Colorado election integrity advocate Sheronna Bishop is live now on FrankSpeech.com telling about how the FBI broke her door down and placed her in handcuffs for half an hour, manhandling her children.

She says they were there to intimidate her and to silence her speech and assistance of Tina Peters, one of the only election clerks in the country with evidence of intentional deletion of election data.

Colorado officials love to pride themselves on being the "Gold Standard" in elections, and yet this state is emerging as one of the most corrupt and most obstructive to justice.

🚨 BREAKING:
USEIP reports on a new lawsuit that was filed today, Nov 19, in Colorado against Secretary of State Jena Griswold.

It centers around 3 levels of state corruption:

1. Election officials knowingly destroyed election records in violation of both state and federal laws.

2. Election officials certified voting equipment based on a test lab that was not accredited, again in violation of law.

3. SOS issued “emergency” decrees to block the independent audits that citizens have been asking for, stating that only election officials can audit themselves.

We’ve reported on these issues previously, but it’s encouraging to see these gain momentum and form a solid case for the courts.

🙏 Pray that these issues do not get swept aside or obstructed by corrupt judges, but that justice and cleansing take place, and integrity is restored.

Once your account is activated (which might take a few hours to a day), you can sign in and start adjudicating official ballot images.

Adjudicating a ballot image typically takes 2 mins. All you need to do is, look at the ballot image and transcribe the results by clicking on some tick boxes. That is it!

You can also write some notes about the ballot image if something stands out.

Yes, it is that simple! 👏

The goal is to build an army of cyber adjudicators.

The system can cope with thousands of cyber adjudicators.

## FAQs:

> Is a "recount" a waste of time? Won't the numbers match the official tally?

It is not a waste of time, and yes, the numbers "should" match the official tally, but we will never know for sure unless we do the recount.

There are many reasons for doing a recount, some of them are:

- Capture the full ballot race results so we can compare the presidential race with other races. i.e. do a full "down ballot" analysis.

- See first hand what ballots look like. If anything looks suspicious you can add notes to each ballot image. (E.g. if there are no visible fold marks, or the oval markings look computer generated.)

- Determine which counties actually have the full set of ballot images and which ones don't. We might be able to tell the fake ones from the real ones, if they decide to "fabricate" new ones.

- Keep counties and states accountable by letting them know we are watching, committed and will no longer "trust" their word. We are putting them on notice!

> What if people purposely tick the wrong boxes?

Every image is reviewed at least three times by different cyber adjudicators. If all three set of results perfectly match each other, the results are saved and the ballot image is "retired".

The ballot image keeps getting randomly served to different adjudicators until there are 3 perfect matches.

> Who can participate?

Anyone! You don't have to live in the county or state from which the ballot image comes from to adjudicate it.

Dr. Doug Frank recently released this chart which summarizes his findings across two-dozen states. Can you find your state?

The ones to the right of the chart have a lot of high numbers of people registered to vote, in some cases exceeding 100% of the population.

The ones towards the top of the chart have a high percentage of residents actually voting in the election. Excessively high numbers indicate where forensic audits are needed.

If you haven't been following Dr. Frank, you can get up to speed with our overview of his findings on ElectionFraud20.org.

There's also a great 3-min video that explains Dr. Frank's concepts in a way that a teenager can understand.

Keep an eye out for the Supreme Court filing coming very soon, which will contain more of Dr. Frank's analysis. Let your State Attorney General know you want them to stand in support of this case and sign the petition asking the court to accept the bill.

Here's Lindell's SCOTUS complaint.

It's addressed in a way that allows any state AG to sign on.

It includes complaints against machine fraud, vote flipping, unconstitutional voting procedures, and includes exhibits from Dr. Shiva, Jovan Pullitzer and others.

To be clear this is just the complaint so it will be HIGHLY fascinating to see the exhibits once they become available but all in all, this is a very solid complaint with great detail and documentation.

Meet the Technology That's Uncovering 2020's Voter Fraud | American Thinker

Phantom voters, the definition, is morphing from fake voters hiding in UPS boxes to people who advanced computer models predict will not vote.

Don't get me wrong — there are thousands of phantom voters living in churches, R.V. parks, cemeteries, homeless shelters, hotels, and virtual mailboxes.  It's just that there are as many, perhaps more, who live active, healthy, honest lives on voter rolls.  They just don't know they voted.

You've heard the stories, denied by the mainstream press and almost every secretary of state: there is no significant voter fraud.  Why not say that?  There is no way you can check.

Now there is.

After the 2020 election results stopped in the middle of night and vote trajectories magically changed when they fired up again, thousands of people, just like you, didn't buy it.  They formed armies of canvassers in 35 or more states.  They did something that has not been done at scale in the history of the country: they started checking voter rolls.

They did more.  They filed Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests at unprecedented levels.  Secretary of state offices, once a murky sinecure, had to answer real questions about what was going on. 

Here's what popped out.

Leftists are different from you and me.  Unlike us, they care that every vote is cast, and if you do not cast your vote, they will do it for you.  And they did.  At scale.

In one midwestern state, voter rolls costing tens of thousands of dollars were bought by a billionaire leftist every month for over a year.  Why would someone buy a list that doesn't change much?

Voter lists show people who move.  They show people who never or seldom vote. 

The white hat canvassing team built a query for one state: "voters who voted in 2020 who never voted before." Guess what! 265,000.

Witness statements are being gathered, lots of them, that in the largest city, election officials were trading cell calls about how many votes were needed, and someone was then providing the phantoms to meet the quota.

They knew the names of the phantoms — they had direct access to who voted, who didn't, and who was likely to never show up.

These canvassing organizations are the Minutemen of this generation.  They come from every background, organize with no central leadership.  They blindly figured out how phantom voting was happening, and they are forcing states to audit their voter rolls.

They aren't blind anymore.  They are organized.  They have resources and technology, and things are about to change in a big way for phantoms.

From the excellent graph Dr. Frank has produced, we can see that there are probably 2 maybe 3 different ways of rigging the election. (See image in the next post.)

As @LibertyOverwatch accurately described in this post, not all states have inflated voter rolls.

Allocating "fake" votes to real people who never voted is enough.

The statements about people analyzing voter rolls is also accurate.

# But there is more...

Fabricating votes and assigning them to people who don't vote is only part of the problem.

Another part involves deleting votes that are inconvenient.

Please carefully read Liz Harris' Maricopa canvassing report. There are about 165,000 to 180,000 registrants in Maricopa, who voted, but their votes were never officially recorded.

How can this be possible?

Here is one example:

- Start counting "early" votes ahead of election day to establish trends
- If you don't like where is it headed, create a new database and copy records from the old database to the new database and purposely "forget" to copy the inconvenient records.
- You now have a brand new database with no history of the inconvenient records.
- Start fabricating ballots if necessary.
- Destroy the real "inconvenient" ballots. (Burning down chicken farms seems to work well.)
- Corrupt the digital ballot images so no one can open them or just simply fabricate new ones.
- (Optional) Wipe out the hard drives a day before any forensic audits are due to take place, just to be sure.

# But it get's even better...

Before we dive in, we need to point out that the best strategy to fix the 2020 election is 📣 CANVASSING 📣

We need to recruit, train and unleash an army of canvassers.

Patriots everywhere must rise and unite to #SwampTheSwamp. No one else will.

However, some people are not able or don't have time to physically go canvassing. We have you covered. 😎

If you really want to make a difference, become a "cyber canvasser" or more precisely, a "cyber adjudicator", and join project Polaris and join the Lone Raccone channel for updates.

Now, back to the main thread. Project Polaris has already recounted a small county (Harding) in New Mexico and the report is troubling.

LadyDraza summarized it best in this post.

We will repeat it here because it is crucial to understand.

Imagine 10 people voted. 7 voted for "A", and 3 voted for "B". The "A"s won by 70%. Nothing complicated here.

Now, let's fabricate 20 votes, and give 10 to the "A"s and 10 to the "B"s. Seems fair?

We now have a total of 30 votes. The "A"s have 17 votes and the "B"s have 13 votes.

But... the "A"s winning percentage is now only 57% (instead of 70%).

Why is this important?

It is a lot easier to rig elections without raising too many suspicions, if everyone has been led to believe that elections are supposed to be "tight" with small winning margins. It is called "plausible deniability" 😉.

It is easier to build a plausible narrative for why one party lost and the other won, when elections are tight. It is also a lot easier to manipulate results without being noticed. (Just sayin).

Hmm... Where have we seen very tight elections recently? ... Coincidence?

> "But! didn't the huge Republican turnout make a difference?"

Maybe, maybe not. The margins are so small that anything could happen at the next elections and no one will know any different... and that is the point.

When margins are tight, everything is "plausible" 🤷‍♂️.

# Solution

We need to #Fix2020First and we need to #CleanTheVoterRolls at the same time.

Canvassing is the best solution.

Before we launch into Dr. Frank's findings, we would like to be clear; At this stage of the election analysis, the evidence of irregularities is so obvious that anyone refusing to admit it, is either willfully blind or complicit.

Yes, we have all the proof we need.

Yes, all the proof can be found in publicly available data sources.

Yes, you can reproduce our work and find out for yourself by reading our "Trend Analysis" articles.

We started taking a closer look at voter rolls and voter history files, and what we discovered can only best be described as a "monumental mess". 🤯

# Let's spell it out

Back to Dr. Frank's post.

>> Official election numbers, in some states, do not match the numbers found in the voter rolls. (In the order of 100,000s of votes) <<

>> Voter roll numbers fluctuate **massively** before and after each presidential election <<

How is this possible? 🤔

Finally, what is not immediately obvious from Dr. Frank's graph is that the dots represent the "state" numbers. When you look at the individual county numbers for each state, you discover that some counties (often the largest ones. Coincidence?) are much, much worse! 😱

# But it gets worse...

From our own **preliminary** findings:

- Votes are recorded in the voter history files but have no matching registrants in the voter rolls (10,000s of thousands)
- There is no consistency in how registrants are removed from voter rolls. In some cases their status is changed to "REMOVED", in others, their records are completely wiped out.
- Registrants with a "REMOVED" status are still able to vote. Their vote is recorded in the history file. (And yes, these registrants are in the voter roll snapshots that are captured immediately after the election.)
- When comparing records between voter roll snapshots, we have found new registrants who have registration dates that are older than the date they first appeared on the voter rolls, by decades...
- The unique registrant identifier is not unique i.e. new registrants are given recycled identifiers from the past (!)

In other words ... a "monumental mess" 😔

📣 We must demand (and verify) that exacting standards and procedures are put in place to properly maintain voter files across ***ALL*** states. This is non-negotiable. 📣

Voter rolls and voter history snapshots MUST perfectly reconcile after each election.

⚠️ >>> This is basic accounting 101 <<<

If they don't reconcile, the election results can not, and must not, be certified.

Because these preliminary findings are troubling we will quadruple check our work.

1. Join the canvassing effort
2. Demand clear and transparent voter rolls and voter history files that are:
- Publicly available and FREE, for EVERY state
- Perfectly reconciled after each election

Is "Leverage" The Problem? 👀

We have spent the last year carefully analyzing all the 2020 election data we can get our hands on, and have carefully recorded our findings here.

Here are some of our observations:

- There is no doubt the 2020 election was manipulated.

- We don't need more proof.

We have more than enough proof. In fact, we have 10x more proof (in the data alone) than is needed to decertify the election, IF (and that is a big "if") we lived in an honest society.

The real problem isn't finding more compelling proof, the problem is disseminating the proof.

It's a battle of information. A battle of the minds. 🤯

The real problem lies in how people consume information.

A minority control the fulcrum of information and they can use it to apply incredible influence on the masses.

The principle was made famous by Archimedes centuries ago. The same principle applies to the forces of persuasion.

A very small number of people exert an incredible amount of influence by controlling the flow of information.

If you have any doubts this is true, pick any of the following examples and draw your own conclusions:

- Hunter Biden's laptop
- COVID (Early treatment protocols)
- Election fraud
- Maricopa forensic audit report
- etc...

How were these reported in the main stream media and on social media?

We get nowhere if we can't break through the "cone of silence".

# Strategic fulcrums...

It doesn't take much deduction to realize the quickest way to control the masses, is to control the politicians that control the masses.

Controlling the minds of politicians is a lot easier.

Those that can be bought will be bought, and those that can't need to be persuaded their views are only held by a minority of the people.

That is the crux.

The minority have used the leverage of information to make their views appear as the majority.

And the real majority falsely believe they are a minority.

🙌 That is the illusion 🙌

# How do we break through the "cone of silence"

We really hoped the Maricopa forensic audit report was going to get some traction. It didn't.

Some are upset the report wasn't more forceful.

However, let's take a step back and ponder... Would the main stream media have covered the audit review if the report unequivocally stated the election was categorically fraudulent?

The report has more than enough findings to decertify the whole election as it is. The problem isn't the report.

The question then becomes: Will more audits make a difference?

We are not against audits. We are all for them. If they happen, great! but we are not going to sit on our hands and wait for them to happen.

The reality is, we are no longer convinced they will break the "cone of silence" anyway, if and when the reports are finally published.

The issue, that can't escape us, is that all the proof is already in the data. We have demonstrated it in these articles. If states were serious, they would have already done the analysis and come to the same conclusions. It nearly feels like the "prospect" of an audit is the 🥕 they dangle in front of us to keep us distracted and moving along.
