Hiding In Plain Sight - (It's what you don't see that should be troubling you)

Compare the security features included in Automatic Telling Machines (ATMs) developed by the banks, versus the security features included in drop boxes. (Don't laugh πŸ˜‰.)

The total lack of any security features tells you everything you need to know about how people in power really value your vote.

If they really cared and valued your vote, drop boxes (.... wouldn't exist 😊, but let's play along...), would have the following features:

- Cameras
- Pin pad (to submit a ballot)
- Would only accept one ballot at a time
- Provide a printed receipt

It would also display a report showing when the drop box was emptied and how many ballots it contained each time it was emptied.

The person emptying the drop box would have to enter a special security code, which would print the current tally of ballots in the drop box. The person would have to double check the number of ballots matches the tally. Then sign the receipt and keep it secure, as well as update the report with the current time, number of ballots and their signature.

The drop box should also print the time and location the ballot was dropped, on the envelope.

To cut a long story short, the process and procedures should be at least (if not more) stringent than what the banks use to manage their ATMs.

Since we are talking about banks... consider the amount of money and human resources they employ full time to keep their systems secure.

They spend billions of dollars each year hiring the "best and brightest", investing in the latest security technologies, and even they will be the first to admit that "nothing is 100% safe and secure". If anything, thieves keep finding new ways of defrauding banks.

If the banking sector can't secure their own banking systems, what makes the people in charge of elections think they can?

More technology won't solve election fraud. More transparency, smaller precincts, and committed citizens will.

We discussed drop boxes in part 1.

That was just ONE small part of the election system.

Now imagine EVERY part of the election system is as poorly engineered and designed as your typical drop box.... (Think poll books, tabulators, EMS, voter rolls etc....)

That will give you a good idea of how "safe and secure" the WHOLE election system really is.

(In fact, it's worse than that. It actually takes some effort and thought to purposely design things so poorly. It's bad BY design. Wonder why... πŸ€”)

Remember this image?

This was taken from a TV ad that was aired several times during the candidate debate in Hawaii several days ago.

As we mentioned in part 1: "It's what you don't see that should be troubling you".

That is 100% true. However, what makes this picture even more disturbing is that there are plenty of visible things that are very troubling.

- Why are they trying to normalize the fact that someone is dropping off 5+ ballots?

- The slot is large enough to drop off 30+ envelopes at a time...

- Why is the person wearing gloves? (Not to mention the hat and face mask etc...)

- Why are there two drop boxes side by side? (Isn't one enough?)

- Why are the drop boxes on castor wheels? (Seriously!? I know they want to make it easy... At this rate, they might as well place a few drop box outside several NGOs.)

Furthermore, from this video taken from Waialae Iki Park, Hawaii, we can deduce drop boxes are purposely being placed in locations that are:

- Badly lit

- Far away from traffic

- Unsecured (No gates or cameras)

And the drop box, which is designed with a locking mechanism, has no lock installed on it.

At this point they aren't even pretending to care. The least they would do is lock the drop boxes between 8pm and 7am.

To make matters worse, these drop boxes were put in place 5 days BEFORE the election officially began. (😱)

(When have you ever seen a government project finish ahead of time?)

Like we mentioned in part 2 - Nothing is left to chance. It is "bad" by design. #BadByDesign

We know the drop boxes are purposely designed with ZERO security features. (They are actually designed with NEGATIVE security features. lol.)

We also know that nearly EVERY part of the election system is purposely badly designed and engineered, with no mechanism to properly verify the chain of custody. (There are multiple loop holes large enough to drive semi-trailers through, without anyone noticing...)

If all this was not bad enough, you would think the Office (or Bureau) of Elections in each state would go out of their way to be totally open and transparent and make all election artifacts available to the public, so that anyone could review and verify the data is accurate and properly reconciled.

You would think they would actively be looking to build trust with their constituents.

πŸ‘‰ Those who have nothing to hide, hide nothing. Especially data that is in the public interest.

In fact, the best way to dispel any election "misinformation" is to hand over ALL of the election data, and let it speak for itself.

It really is that simple.

However, to add insult to injury, the Office of Election in the state of Hawaii refuses to hand over:

- The ballot images

- The CVR data

- The log files

- Any historical voter rolls

- Actively refuse and obstruct all FOIA requests

This does not inspire a lot of confidence.

Again, if there is nothing to hide, why do they make it so difficult?

Any state or county that refuses to hand over this data, AND are not able to demonstrate the integrity of the full chain of custody, can not, and must not be allowed to certify their election results.

This is the bare minimum.

All this data is anonymous, readily available and can easily made available to the public.

It's a "Win-Win" on so many different levels. What is stopping them?

Colorado: El Paso County Recount Changes the Rules on Day Four | Ashe in America

Welcome back to the show, readers. All eyes in the nation should be on El Paso County, Colorado, right now. I can barely keep up, and I live 30 minutes away with dozens of sources on the ground.

As I shared yesterday, the El Paso County recount of four candidates is doing little to prop up the narrative of β€œsafest and most secure elections in history.” If you missed the illogically inaccurate test or haven’t had a chance to read my take on day one of the El Paso County recount, catch up quickly. It’s starting to get interesting. 

According to several of the candidates, counting didn’t commence [today] until Caleb Thornton, Secretary of State Counsel, and Angie Leath, EPC Elections Director, made an announcement:

β€œEffective immediately, candidates and watchers are no longer allowed to ask any questions, request any information, or interact in any way with the elections staff or any judge. You must β€œrequest information or ask questions through your attorney to the county attorney.” 

The three candidates in the room paid over $20,000 each to conduct this recount. The recount is proceeding for now, but the candidates paying for it are not allowed to engage in the process beyond standing silently and observing. Relegated to petulant children, seen and not heard, simply for exercising their rights and challenging in court what they view as credible violations of the law.

CVR Data Analysis - Introduction

We are planning to start a whole series of posts explaining the CVR data.

Our aim is to:

- Build up the whole analysis from first principles

- Make the explanations as simple and as clear as possible so everyone can understand the concepts and interpret the results on their own

# Main Concept

A race with 2 candidates can be modelled by flipping a weighted coin.

If the coin lands on "heads" we can assign it the value "1", and if it lands on "tails" we will give it a value of "0".

Conceptually, this is identical to to a candidate receiving a vote ("1") or not receiving a vote ("0").

From this simple fact we can run "simulations" to determine what a race should look like if the ballots are counted randomly, by simply flipping a weighted coin multiple times. The "weigh" of the coin will be equal to the candidate's percentage vote.

The emphasis is on "random".

If we can ascertain that ballots are counted randomly (from the CVR data), we know exactly what patterns to expect from the sequence of "1" and "0" (as derived from the simulations.)

The next post will illustrate what patterns to expect from flipping a coin 10,000 times with different probabilities of landing "heads". The probabilities will be 50%, 60%, and 70%.

The images are taste of what is to come and will all make perfect sense by the time we finish this series.

CVR Data Analysis - Intro Pictures

We performed 3 different simulations of 10,000 flips (or votes), with different probabilities.

Many of you will recognize the 3rd plot, which is often used by Lady Draza, Jeff O'Donnell and Dr. D.

Notice how the plots change and finish in different spots depending on the probability (or percentage vote) that is used.

If the votes are counted randomly all these shapes are highly predictable.
