9 military officers who had worked decades ago at a nuclear missile base in Montana have been diagnosed with blood cancer and there are “indications” the disease may be linked to their service, according to military briefing slides obtained by The Associated Press. One of the officers has died.

NYT asked a judge to unseal previously undisclosed evidence in a defamation suit brought against Fox News by Dominion Voting Systems,

Most evidence including text mgs and emails from personal phones of Fox execs, on-air personalities & producers in the weeks after the election — has remained under seal.

Judge Eric M. Davis, has cautioned that neither Fox nor Dominion was entitled to keep info secret for reasons not covered by limited exceptions, including, he said, the fact that something “may be embarrassing.”

Dominion filed the lawsuit in early 2021, arguing that “Fox sold a false story of election fraud in order to serve its own commercial purposes.” It is asking for $1.6 billion in damages
