🇺🇦 Metropolitan Luke of Zaporozhye's response to the arrival of the Ecumenical Patriarch in Ukraine:

— "Christ is in our midst, my dear readers! Today I remembered the words of the Monk Anthony, who said that in the last days most people will become insane; and that those who keep their minds will be called insane, because they are not like the rest. Is it not madness what is happening now in connection with the arrival in Ukraine of the so-called "Ecumenical Patriarch"? A citizen of Turkey came to us, a man who did not even think to hide the fact that he is one of the main agents of American influence on our country. At the same time, he says about you and me, about millions of believers, citizens of our Motherland, that it is we who represent "foreign interests" here. I would like to clarify that the country whose interests we represent is called the Kingdom of God, and the faithful children of the UOC are in fact citizens of this Kingdom.

The behavior of the meeting party also suggests that the visiting official has nothing to do with the Church. At the state level, according to the Constitution of Ukraine, civil servants can meet people like themselves, representatives of other states or political parties. Religious life is not a sphere of state policy, since the Church and the state are separated from each other by the main law of the country. But, nevertheless, we see a completely different picture. A citizen of another country at the state level is invited to the main political holiday of Ukraine. It means that the point here is not in religion, but in politics. Whose interests does this politician in a cassock represent?

Our country is rich in fertile land, hardworking people, and natural resources. Those people whose interests are represented by the so-called "Patriarch of Constantinople" do not need to revive our economy, so that Ukraine becomes a strong power. They only need one thing - to divide and rule on our land.

The old film The Chronicles of Riddick comes to mind. According to the plot of the tape, the planet is occupied by aliens from another galaxy - necromongers - a race of planet destroyers that are eager to transform everything into the Universe of Death, their "promised land", who, using their technological superiority, conquered the planets and parasitized on them until the resources were completely depleted. For some reason, I remember two quotes from this film, said by representatives of two warring camps: 1. “People on this planet have always been disunited, they were divided by religions, races, different teachings. We will use this for our own purposes ”; 2. "These creatures will either convert us to their faith or destroy us."

For America, Ukraine, like Afghanistan, is needed only for the time being. But the head of the city's patriarchy, whose name has sunk into oblivion, in fact represents the interests of a very real, and not a fantastic government. He does not even hide his mission on earth - first, the union with Rome (moreover, the date of the merger is named), and then in this ecumenical unity we are waiting for the arrival of the leader of the New World Order. Even before arriving in our country, the so-called “Ecumenical Patriarch” managed to bring discord and division into world Orthodoxy, ignite a religious war in Ukraine, proclaim himself the sole head of all Local Churches and a supporter of the heresy of phyletism. And we see that behind all his hypocritical words about love, only one thing is hiding - pride and the fight against God."

The creation of Orthodox brotherhoods across the United States is pivotal for evangelization and self improvement.

As the political situation in the United States grows ever more unstable, there will always be a necessity for men to have organizations that can provide stability to our churches and the laity who require it. Having a group of men who are constantly working and training together will provide the community with a force capable of serving its every need. This does not necessarily mean protection from violence, although that would be useful. This could mean small things like keeping the grounds of the church clean, making repairs when necessary, setting up and executing activities for the church and so on.

As we are seeing in Canada it’s not far in the future when we might see attacks and violence perpetrated against the church. It will be important in the future that men be available to protect or watch over churches to prevent these things from happening.

These organizations will also be very useful for evangelization, many young men are looking for creative and social outlets that do not include degeneracy. Having a group of young religious men who do various community service and self improvement activities will attract many of these men who originally look for a brotherhood and end up finding an Orthodox Christian group who’s willing to help them out however they need.

The reality is, many lost young men are eaten up by these organizations that take them away from God and focus only on worldly issues (NSC, PF, etc.). Although it’s a good thing to be a nationalist, if it’s not based on your faith and in a Christian manner, it is just another distraction. If there were self improvement organizations that actually brought people into the Church, it would be wildly successful.

Talk to your priest about starting your local brotherhood, it doesn’t have to be big, start small with a handful of guys and let the growth happen slowly, soon you might have 50 men in your group. If you have ideas or questions about this topic, drop them in the comments!

Nearly five hundred believers hold a prayerful stand in front of the residence of Patriarch Bartholomew of Constantinople in Kiev, holding portraits of the head of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church in their hands with the inscriptions in English and Ukrainian “Our Primate is Metropolitan Onuphry.”

According to Interfax-religion, the goal of these believers is to achieve a meeting with Patriarch Bartholomew to tell him about the real situation in Ukrainian Orthodoxy after the granting of the tomos to the Orthodox Church of Ukraine, created at the end of 2018 on the basis of two non-canonical Ukrainian churches.

Four pro-life warriors had an unexpected brush with danger while climbing to the peak of Mt. Kilimanjaro, an effort made to inspire pro-lifers to work harder for the unborn.
