"These are two separate things: a peace agreement and a long-term perspective. We have a formulation from the Washington summit about a long-term perspective. And when exactly that will happen, we don't know. There is an irreversible path to NATO," he concluded.

"We are moving residents of nearby houses and social institutions to temporary accommodation. Doctors and psychologists are working at the points. We will provide everything necessary," he said.
