The number of Russians using biometrics is rapidly increasing
By the end of 2024, almost three million people had registered in the Unified Biometric System, according to data from the Center for Biometric Technologies. 80% of them did so last year.
▶️ So far, the biometric payments market is relatively small. According to the Bank of Russia, 33.1 million purchases worth 21.6 billion rubles were made using it in 2024. For comparison: 2.25 billion purchases worth 4.13 trillion rubles were made using QR codes last year. However, the biometric payments market is growing.
▶️ In the first quarter of 2025, using Sber's biometric service "payment with a smile" alone, residents of the capital made more than 37.5 million payments totaling almost 30 billion rubles, a bank representative said. This result exceeds the total number of transactions using biometrics for the whole of 2024 (26 million payments).
As noted by Sber, Russia became the first country in the world where biometric payments became widespread.

Love Your Enemy

É fácil pintar uma caricatura absurda do nacionalismo, e é fácil reduzir a resistência à invasão migratória a um ideal de pureza étnica que não tem qualquer relação com os problemas gerados pela mesma.
A rejeição da invasão migratória é a rejeição da rápida submersão da população portuguesa por grandes massas de pessoas que vêm de culturas muito diferentes e que, assim que atingem uma massa crítica, se reunem no entre si e, em vez de se integrarem, vão, colectivamente, procurar mudar as regras e costumes da sociedade em que se encontram.
A rejeição da invasão migratória é a rejeição da contenção dos salários para trabalhadores não-especializados pressionados pela entrada de pessoas que estão dispostas a aceitar condições laborais e remuneratórias que os Portugueses nunca aceitariam nem teriam de aceitar se não fosse obrigados a esta forma de nivelação por baixo. Neste sentido, a invasão migratória é contrária aos interesses de pessoas que fazem limpezas, jardinagem, construção civil, etc. E é benéfica para a classe média e alta que beneficia do produto do trabalho destas pessoas a preço reduzido.
A objecção à invasão migratória é a rejeição da constante inflação do mercado imobiliário causada por um afluxo sem precedentes de estrangeiros ao país. Também aqui são sobretudo as pessoas de menos recursos que se encontram em competição directa com as massas de migrantes que fazem subir o preço da habitação económica.

It is worth looking at the sort of people Dugin has actually invited to join the leadership Council of his “Eurasia Movement,” while he is delivering his fantastic essays and lectures on the end of the world and similar cosmic themes. The two Israeli Jews Dugin has invited to join the Council, who are presented in the latter part of this chapter, are exploiting race and religion for generically right-wing imperialist purposes which might equally be those of the CIA or of the FSB. There is a professional type of member of the Black International whose loyalties must necessarily be to one or another of the great imperialist blocs of his time, but who is quite incapable of actually believing in the apocalyptic, eschatological fantasies which Dugin puts forward to mass audiences. An example of the type of agent I have in mind, a top-ranking member of the Black International with a half-century history of going back and forth at will between neo-Nazism and NATO, is Stefano della Chiaie, whose multifarious intelligence links are explored in Stuart Christie’s Portrait of a Black Terrorist. Dugin’s Jewish Israeli recruits are not quite in that class, but they are clearly ‘operatives’, and they both dismiss Dugin’s flirtations with Iran, Venezuela and other Israeli enemies as irrelevant to their own affiliation with “Eurasia”. Indeed, these flirtations are irrelevant, since they are nothing but window-dressing. This could equally be true of Dugin’s ‘anti-Americanism’. After all, the CIA has always been happy to employ right-wing activists whose writings are full of ‘anti-Americanism’. The secret to this is that the CIA case officers pretend to agree with them that the USA would be much improved by a fascist coup. This sordid underworld of ‘operatives’, of course, is in complete contrast to Dugin’s outwardly respectful attitude to Putin, and to the Russian Orthodox Church. On the Evrasia.info website, Dugin appears to be following Putin’s petit-bourgeois line very assiduously. But he continues to expand his metaphysical vision, to attract the idealists, currently along apparently Heideggerian-Guenonian lines.
