According to Irakli Izoria, director of the Foundation for Road Safety, this issue must be resolved as soon as possible. “There are a number of issues that need to be addressed in order to reduce the number of accidents. Speed limit is one of them. It is not allowed to drive at a speed of 60 km / h in a settlement in none of the European cities. Also, 15% of accidents happen due to technical malfunctions, which means poor control over the technical inspection.”
