The meeting was held yesterday, after which Haftar departed Egypt and returned to Benghazi. Interestingly, just days earlier, on August 15, a Libyan Government of National Unity (GNU) Airbus A319-111, tail number 5A-ONI, arrived at El Alamein from Tripoli. The aircraft arrived around the same time as Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, who was also in El Alamein following his visit to Libya.
