A simple search brings up lots of information on this and it may or may not be worthwhile but we should be considering and looking into all kinds of things. If I see someone promoting something dangerous, I will intervene

I made my own bone broth, I get the beef bones which are pre-cut by the rancher from Jonah at the Waxahachie co-op, the link is below

After soaking them overnight in salted water, I roast them until they are nice and golden and the marrow just uses out. I eat the marrow says it’s so good for my skin and body in general and then I take the bones and I put them in a huge stock pot with water, and a couple of whole vegetables and bay leaves, I boil it for several hours each day for about three days which yields me a very thick and rich bone broth with tons of collagen in it

Then I freeze them for when I want them for other recipes or when I’m doing a three day water fast. I love my own bone broth because it’s very rich the way I like it. And it’s one less thing to depend on the grocery stores.
