Update on Amara 💛 from Trisha last night! 💖 ✨ 😇
This morning we got some really encouraging news. Amara’s blood counts are looking incredible, she has high energy, and a very big appetite (which feels like such a huge win after months of watching her barely pick at food).
We were even able to get her into normal clothes today, and she spent time coloring and playing ☺️ Seeing her do normal kid things again feels so good.
Her labs today:
• ANC: 410
• Hemoglobin: 11.4 (went back up on its own!)
• Platelets: almost back within normal range
I spoke with the infectious disease doctor again today. He apologized for all of the different answers I’ve been receiving and really took the time to explain everything clearly. He said that her immune system starting to do its job again is going to help her just as much — if not more — than the antiviral medication.
The current plan is to check her CMV level again on Monday. If the virus is undetected, they will be able to stop the IV antiviral and send us home with oral maintenance medication. If the levels are still present, we will likely be here at least another week while they continue treatment and recheck weekly.
Please continue to pray that everything keeps moving in the right direction so we can hopefully get home sometime next week. The CMV test takes a few days to come back, so we will definitely still be here past Monday.
As for me, my CMV labs came back about an hour ago, and from what I understand, they show a past infection, but not an active one — thank goodness for small miracles.
We are so grateful for the care we’re receiving and for everyone who continues to check in, pray, and support us through this. 💛

Putin Restricts Russian Gold Exports
GFN – MOSCOW: Russia has moved to restrict the outflow of physical gold, with President Vladimir Putin signing a decree banning the export of larger gold bars, a policy shift that underscores tightening capital controls and the growing role of bullion inside the domestic financial system.
The decree, published on Russia’s official legal portal and reported across state-linked wires, prohibits the export of refined gold bars exceeding 100 grams by individuals, companies, and entrepreneurs beginning May 1, 2026, with limited exemptions tied to permits and designated export channels.
“A ban is hereby imposed… on the export… of refined gold in bars… more than 100 grams.”
The restriction does not amount to a full sovereign halt of gold exports, as exemptions remain for certain transactions and institutional channels. However, the policy effectively curtails the movement of investment-grade bullion out of the country, tightening control over a key monetary asset.

I have remained an unwavering 117% supporter of President Trump to this very day.

He has never publicly mentioned my name beyond the personal note he sent me in June of 2021 (which I eventually made public) and I do not want him to do so. I seek no recognition from any man in earth. I only seek to do the will of my Father in heaven with no concerns whatsoever for the consequences in earth for doing so.
In fact, I have been continuously persecuted and called all manner of viles names because of my unwavering support of President Trump and more so, because of my unwavering love for, and trust in, Jesus Christ.

Update from Trisha about my grand Amara! 💖 ✨ 🙂 😇
It feels like we finally got some really encouraging news today.
Amara’s ANC is 860 today, which is such a huge answer to prayer. As of this morning, the doctors said they were waiting to see what her CMV levels came back at, and then they planned to consult with infectious disease to decide where we go from here.
About an hour ago, I was scrolling through her portal and saw that the results had already come back. Her initial CMV level on the 22nd was 342,000. Today, her level is 25,000.
So as you can see, that number has dropped quite a bit. I did the math, and on average her body has been dropping about 45,285 per day, which is honestly incredible when you really think about it. And now that her immune system is finally up and running again, it is helping her immensely.
As soon as I saw the results, I pulled a doctor in to talk about them. She told me she was sending a message to infectious disease tonight to make sure that the level is low enough for them to feel comfortable letting us go home — whether that means going home on the IV meds or switching to oral meds. She said she is hopeful that she will be able to sign discharge papers tomorrow and get us out of here.
They also restarted Amara’s oral chemo today, finally, since it has been almost a month since she has had any at all.
I also made sure to ask this morning whether everything going on has changed her roadmaps or treatment timeline at all, and they said that everything will look exactly the same as it would have if we had stayed at Children’s. That was extremely comforting news to hear.
Amara is still in good spirits overall, with the occasional outburst — but honestly, who could blame her at this point?
We are feeling very hopeful tonight. Please keep praying that infectious disease agrees that her levels have dropped enough, and that tomorrow is finally the day we get to take our girl home. ❤️
