Today is Thursday, March 19, 2026, and the "Warsh Shock" has officially evolved into a full-blown market re-rating. If you were holding your breath for gold to stay above the $5,000 line forever, the last 48 hours have been a brutal reminder that the "paper" markets still have a few cards left to play.

Headlines: Why the Rug-Pull?
1. The $5,000 Floor... Vanished
Gold didn't just dip; it surrendered the psychologically critical $5,000 level yesterday and continued to slide this morning.
The Culprit: A combination of a hawkish Fed (signaling fewer rate cuts than the market "priced in" during the January frenzy) and a sudden de-escalation in Middle East tensions has sucked the "war premium" out of the room.
Technical View: We are now testing the late 2025 highs around $4,550. If this doesn't hold by the weekly close, the "parabolic run" of early 2026 might be officially over for the season.
2. Silver’s "Paper Storm"
If you think gold had it rough, look at silver. After flirting with $90 earlier this month, it has crashed back into the $60s.
The Suppression: While we keep talking about the 67-million-ounce physical deficit, the COMEX paper market is currently ignoring it. Massive "sell" algorithms were triggered when silver broke below $75, flushing out over-leveraged traders.
The AI Factor: Silver is still a strategic AI metal (data center cooling and conductivity), but the market is currently more focused on "higher-for-longer" interest rates than industrial shortages.

Update on Amara Grace from Trisha!! 😇 💞 🙂 ✨
Update on Amara:
We are still currently admitted to the pediatric intermediate care unit at Hershey.
In order for Amara to be discharged, her ANC level needs to reach at least 200 and show that it is continuing to rise. Yesterday her ANC was 40, and today it increased to 60. We have seen this level fluctuate quite a bit in the past, so we are staying hopeful and manifesting that it makes a quick jump up to 200 very soon.
The good news is that Amara has not had a fever since yesterday around 4:30pm, and even that fever was barely over the threshold that counts as a true fever for her. Prior to that, her last fever was at 3pm the day before, so we are very encouraged to see things trending in the right direction.
Overall, Amara is in pretty good spirits. She is starting to get a little grumpy and sore from being confined to a hospital bed and one room for so long, which is completely understandable. We are doing our best to keep her comfortable and keep her smiling while we wait for her numbers to improve.
The doctor who came in today mentioned that they are working on moving us down to the oncology floor, however we are really hoping that her ANC rises quickly so that we can be discharged before that becomes necessary.
One thing we are incredibly grateful for is the amazing team of nurses who have been caring for Amara during this stay. Every single person who has come through the door has been kind, attentive, and compassionate, and Amara absolutely loves everyone who comes to see her. It makes such a difficult situation feel a little bit easier knowing she is surrounded by such wonderful people.
We truly appreciate all of the continued thoughts, prayers, and support. It means more to our family than we could ever put into words. ❤️

The Conflict: Roughly 20% of global oil and a massive chunk of the world’s fertilizer supply are currently trapped.
The Market Reaction: Gold staged a violent intraday rebound from $4,100 back toward $4,420 as traders realized that a "diplomatic solution" is still just a rumor. Tehran has officially dismissed U.S. claims of "talks" as psychological warfare.
2. Silver’s 22% "Reset"
Silver is the definition of a "coiled spring" right now. After crashing from its $120+ peak in early March to the current $69 range, the "froth" has been completely bleached out of the market.
