A big post-WW2 psyop is how the Germans stole lots of famous artwork & destroyed much of it.

What they don't tell you is what the art was. You thought the books of the book burnings were bad? The "degenerate art" works targeted for destruction by the Nazis (often works from Jew artists) were the precursors to the modernists and post-modernist art forms that threw decency out the window. They often sought to pornify and distort figures to make the "art" appear grotesque & abhorrent. I do not blame the Nazis at all for burning this crap, as you see I've had to censor out some.

As for the major artwork "stolen" by the Nazis during the war - this is just a matter of framing. If the Nazis occupied a city, would it have been better to leave masterpieces in place to get bombed & destroyed and lost forever? Of course not. Any decent occupier would work to preserve the legitimately good art, which is exactly what the Nazis did - in fact their efforts are one of the reasons we still have many of these pieces today
