Job Title: Senior Blockchain Engineer (Golang)

Description:

Hiring Criteria:
- Experience with the Optimism tech stack, or any other EVM-compatible L2s
- Experience with op-node/op-geth/op-batcher/op-proposer etc
- Experience writing Solidity
- Deep understanding of the EVM and how external applications interact with it
- Lives in UTC-10 (Hawaii) to UTC+1 (Western Europe) time zones
- Top web3 companies experience

Requirements:
- Experience with the Optimism tech stack, or any other EVM-compatible L2s, especially in the development of the node software like op-node, op-geth etc. OP Stack strongly preferred

- Thorough knowledge of chain mechanics

Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced blockchain engineer preferably with OP Stack or similar rollup experience. The applicant must be self-guided, and will in return be given more technical freedom.
Must be responsive on Telegram.
Availability to be on call (to be defined when and how, as a failover if senior members don’t acknowledge an alert) and respond to resolve issues should something crash off-hours.
Expert knowledge of git.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of Agile and DevOps SDLC processes.
- Strong knowledge of how to write Clean Code and Design Patterns.
- SDLC Tools including JIRA, GIT, etc.
- Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
- Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude.
- Ability to work with a team

Desired Skills:
- Kafka, MQ, Azure Service Bus or other messaging/event-driven technology.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and other containerization methods.
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines.
