بزرگترین سایت کاریابی ایران در حوزه نرم افزار با بالای هشت سال سابقه تاسیس هیچ نشانی از یه سایت کاریابی نداره.به جرات میتونم بگم طی یکسال اخیر هیچ ثمره ای ازین سایت در مراحل مختلف مصاحبه نداشتم.صرفا شده نمایشگاهی برای شرکت های مختلف که بگن ما زنده هستیم و فعالیت داریم و کلی نیرو میخوایم.از لحاظ فنی هم این سایت فکر کنم کلا فقط بخش دواپس داره پاره وقت کار میکنه.یعنی عملا این سایت هشت ساله با همین قیافه و امکانات مونده.چرا چون هیچ رقیب قابل ملاحظه ای نداشته.باز ایران خودرو و سایپا یه شیشه برقی میکنن اما این سایت در همون حد هم آپشن نداشته.سین نشدن رزومه ها واگهی های فیک و نداشتن رابط کاربری مناسب و خیلی موارد دیگه مهم ترین ضعف های این سایت هست.چندین سال قبل یکی از کسانی که تو جابینجا کار می کرد قول تغییرات وسیع و گسترده داده بود که هیچوقت عملی نشد.خلاصه کلام شانس پیدا کردن فرصت شغلی مناسب تو آگهی های همشهری بالاتر از جابینجا فعلی هست.

Must-Have:
