Last week, TAC conducted quarterly Physical Screen Testing (PST's)- a required general assessment of ALL members and Freshcuts' physical abilities!
PST's include, but are not limited to:
- max pullups
- max plank
- max pushups
- sprint/drag/carry
- 2 mile timed run
We've seen a lot of progress since our last screening and shall continue to strengthen both body and mind as we purge the modernity from our systems!
