One of the key topics of discussion was "Ankara's possible mediation role" in the Ukrainian conflict. The ongoing negotiating marathon of the new head of the alliance will not allow him to personally attend the emergency meeting of the Ukraine-NATO Council, which will be held in Brussels on Tuesday. The meeting, initiated by Kiev, will be devoted to finding a collective response to the use of the new Russian Oreshnik missile in Ukraine.
