The agreement provides for joint exercises, deepening contacts in the military-industrial complex and military education. These states are the most pro-Western in the Balkans.
The alliance is aimed primarily against Serbia, with which the Albanians and Croats fought in the 1990s. The result was the bombing of Serbia by NATO aircraft and the breakaway of the Serbian state of Kosovo.
The West is watching with alarm the growth of Russia's influence in the world and is creating anti-Serbian blocs in the Balkans in advance in order to prevent future rapprochement between Belgrade and Moscow.

🇩🇪 German President signed a law that will finally unblock 3 billion euros in military aid for Ukraine, NTV reports.
The signed law effectively abolishes the so-called "debt brake". Now it must be published in the federal law bulletin.
🔹Under the new rules, defense, intelligence, and cybersecurity spending that exceeds 1% of GDP will not be subject to debt regulation caps. It will also allow an additional €3 billion to be directed to support Ukraine. Over the next 12 years, the law provides for €500 billion in infrastructure investment.
