📍 Career after the war - military personnel will receive ranks and positions through competition (by rating), and not just by years of service.
📍 Rotations - military personnel will be transferred to other positions so that they gain experience.
📍 New contract rules - streamline the system of signing and extending contracts.
📍 New types of service - basic military service and reservist service are added.
📍 There will be no more conscription — this format is being abolished.
“These changes are part of a major reform of NATO standards. But many of them will only come into effect after the war,” the MP noted.
