Huntington Ingalls Industries (HII) ceased production of the Legend-Class National Security Cutter (NSC) for the U.S. Coast Guard earlier this year, after producing ten ships of the class, with the first ship of the new class of frigates based on the NSC likely to not be completed until 2030 or even later, due to massive ongoing delays and a backlog of ships at HII.

The Qendil had recently passed north through the Suez Canal after unloading crude oil at the Indian Port of Jamnagar, and was heading west towards the Strait of Gibraltar - possibly bound for Northern Russia - when she was attacked last night, with her since having turned around, now heading southeast toward Port Said, Egypt.

Kennedy Memorial Center for the Performing Arts” after a unanimous vote yesterday by the Kennedy Center’s Board of Trustees, most of whom were appointed by President Trump.
