Reports this morning of multiple injuries sustained by both U.S. and Syrian Forces near Palmyra in Central Syria, following an attack on a joint-patrol by unknown militants, possibly ISIS.

Ford (CVN-78), are currently airborne over the Southern Caribbean off the coast of Venezuela. Occasional jamming seen both today and yesterday on flight radar suggests that the EA-18Gs are actively conducting electronic warfare measures towards Venezuela.
