All of these projects were being conducted in or next to SCHOOLS and ORPHANAGES.

They were even showing the Haitians how to properly use CEMENT. They even made a reference to CEMEX. We discussed CEMEX at length in early December! CEMEX WAS THE GLUE TO THE ENTIRE CHILD TRAFFICKING OPERATION!

The CEDC dept was even involved with things that had nothing to do with engineering.

They were working with children...teaching them how to wash their hands. AND they were involved with creating a MEDICAL database on each one of them.
