- criminality increased like crazy (see graphic). We don't know the real reason behind such increase, since we haven't investigated that
- same homicide graphic like Canada, so this means increase and decrease .... BUT such things happened during the death penalty! with a moratorium and seems they sentenced 4 people to death in 1998, when murders decreased, reaching low levels in 2000, when death penalty was 100% banned ...

What are doing corrupted researchers? They ignore what happened before 1999! and use the decrease between 1999 and 2000 to say "look, no death penalty means no homicides" exactly like they did previously

What other? They just consider homicides, ignoring things (like poverty / crisis / etc.), even other type of crimes.

Again, we don't know why there was so an high increase (no interest to know that too), but doesn't matter, the graph is bullshit, even if Albania never sentenced 5 people between 1997 and 1998 ...

No matter what, the point is not just "does this will reduce or not crimes" because there is much more behind. Just think for example how many people wish to do suicide or other things, but they don't do that, because they have fear of the consequences if you don't die immediately ... The same can be said for other things and for crimes too.

If you know you would get a death sentence after 1 week, you would rape a girl! "because a) you did sex b) you would immediately die" ... BUT THIS SHOULD NOT BE THE CASE! In this case yes, DEATH SENTENCE WOULD PROBABLY INCREASE CRIMES! but this is a wrong way!
