This copper engraving, entitled Flaggen aller sefahrenden Potenzen und Nationen in der gantzen Weldt (English: Flags of all seafaring Powers and Nations in the whole World), was created by the German cartographer, publisher and copperplate engraver Johann Baptist Homann (1664–1724) in Nuremberg around 1718.
