Ai-Da, the first humanoid robot powered by AI, will make history by selling a painting at a major auction house, Sotheby’s in London, next month.

Her artwork, a "haunting" portrait of mathematician Alan Turing, is titled AI God and is expected to fetch £100,000 to £150,000 ($130,000 to $196,000). The 2.2-meter-high painting will be part of Sotheby's online Digital Art Sale.

Ai-Da, one of the world’s most advanced robots, has cameras in her eyes and bionic hands, using AI to create ultra-realistic art. This auction marks a milestone in AI’s role in the creative world, as Ai-Da leads the way in digital art’s future.
