Beef rice my beloved
1 cup ground beef (80:20 lean-fat)
1 cup rice
~1/2 cup chicken broth
1 diced medium onion
1 bay leaf
3 cloves garlic
Salt & pepper to taste
Boil the shit out of the meat in the broth. While meat is boiling, add onions, garlic & bay leaf. Boil until meat breaks down & tastes good despite being boiled. Cook rice in 2 cups of water & combine once done
