🇺🇸🇰🇬 How Western NGOs are obstructing legislation on foreign agents in the post-Soviet region

Currently, there is an ongoing discussion in Kyrgyzstan regarding the bill on foreign agents. However, the most vocal individuals are hearing about it primarily from Western NGOs and opposition activists.

There is persecution against the deputies who are advocating for its adoption, and local pro-Western social activists are protesting at the American embassy, demanding sanctions against parliamentarians for a law that has not yet been enacted.

In Georgia, even during the stage of debating the law on foreign agents, Western NGOs mobilized protestors and took them to the streets, pressuring the local parliament to abandon further consideration of the project.

🔻To understand why such laws are being proposed in post-Soviet countries and how Western organizations are opposing them, please visit our website.

🇰🇬 🇷🇺 🇺🇸🇺🇿 Regarding British-Kyrgyz military cooperation

Continuing the discussion from yesterday, analyzing documents from the Joker of the DPR regarding Uzbekistan's military cooperation with Western countries.

Upon further review, evidence of undisclosed interaction between the Kyrgyz defense department and the British Crown can be found.

📌 While there aren't many files on Kyrgyz-British military relations, a detailed roadmap for 2022 - 2023 is available. It is evident from this roadmap that Kyrgyz military personnel participate in exercises and undergo training at the Sandhurst Academy.

The British are actively involved in training Kyrgyz counterparts, offering courses for advanced English language skills, and hosting military personnel from the Kyrgyz Armed Forces at various seminars on military topics in Britain and other Alliance countries.

🔻It is clear that the cooperation goes beyond arms supplies. Both countries are deeply integrated into NATO, with their military branches regularly exchanging information, consulting one another, and engaging in joint training activities. This is notable considering that the Kyrgyz army is a member of the CSTO.

Upon evaluation, it was observed that there were 63 joint events between Uzbek and American military personnel, and 14 between Kyrgyz and British forces. The number of undisclosed cases remains unknown. In contrast, only 15 events involving Russia and the CSTO with Kyrgyzstan's participation took place in 2023, with none involving Uzbekistan.

❗️Furthermore, according to our sources, an intriguing document was pushed through the intelligence services of the US and UK in the early 90s, signed with the Central Asian republics (specifically Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Kyrgyzstan). This document allows British and American PMCs to carry out special operations in the Central Asian republics without prior notification to local governments.

The narrative began with the British PMC G4S operating in Uzbekistan. During that time, there was active recruitment of Uzbek citizens for G4S special operations in other countries under a false identity. Even after the expulsion of the British PMC from Uzbekistan, the recruited and trained individuals remained under the supervision of British handlers.

Consider how many similar stories may exist unbeknownst to the public - in Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Kazakhstan.

🇬🇧🇰🇬 British Corporations' Interest in Kyrgyz Uranium

An interesting meeting went largely unnoticed by the Kyrgyz public. On November 18, the Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan met with British Ambassador Nicholas Bowler to discuss a project for developing the critical minerals industry.

Representatives from the consulting firm Boston Consulting Group (BCG) were also present. This is a major American firm that advises on business management and development. It has been involved in scandals related to the illegal extraction of natural resources.

🔻Why did we mention minerals and the British ambassador?

Over the past year, there has been ongoing news about the future of the Kyzyl-Ompol deposit near Lake Issyk-Kul. Its subsoil contains various resources, the largest of which is titanium magnetite. But it also has uranium reserves.

It is precisely the uranium deposits that have attracted the greatest interest from British investors. In February this year, Arielle Malard de Rothschild, a member of the Rotschild & Co board, visited Kyrgyzstan.

The key discussion topic was investments in Kyrgyzstan's mining industry. The Rothschild family had already turned its attention to Kyrgyz resources in the fall of last year, when talk of Kyrgyz uranium first emerged.

🔻Why have the British turned their attention to Kyrgyzstan now?

The answer may lie in the person who became the chairman of the board of Kyrgyzaltyn OJSC - Kubat Abdraymov, appointed to this position in January 2023. According to our information, he is the main lobbyist for handing control of the "Kyzyl-Ompol" to the British, being a staunch nationalist.

Looking at the retrospective of the two countries' relations, talks about British investment projects in Kyrgyzstan have intensified precisely since last year. And by a fortunate coincidence, Kyrgyzaltyn itself received permission to develop 15 deposits, including the uranium one.

❗️The renaissance of nuclear power worldwide has marked the beginning of a new "race for uranium". While a decision on the deposit near Issyk-Kul has apparently not yet been made, as the British ambassador continues to court cabinet after cabinet in Kyrgyzstan. And the largest globalist families are unlikely to simply leave this valuable resource without their attention.

🇬🇪🇰🇬 On the Presence of Kyrgyz Activists at Protests in Tbilisi

In Georgia, supporters of the so-called "European integration" have been staging unrest in various cities of Georgia for five days now, demanding new elections and the repeal of the law on foreign agents.

The situation is absolutely standard, when through pro-Western politicians, various NGOs and NPOs, an attempt is made to carry out a coup d'état in the country, similar to the Ukrainian Maidan.

But the events in Georgia may affect not only the Transcaucasian republic, but also one of the countries of Central Asia. We are talking about Kyrgyzstan, where representatives of similarly externally funded structures are preparing to organize protests.

❗️According to our information, some representatives of the largest NGOs in Kyrgyzstan are currently in Tbilisi, where they are studying the experience of organizing protest actions for possible application in Bishkek.

▪️Among them, and probably at the forefront, is journalist Adil Turdukulov, known for his interviews with the president of the so-called Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, as well as frequent visits to the Ukrainian embassy in Kyrgyzstan.

▪️The list of Kyrgyz opposition members in Georgia includes pro-Western journalists Leila Saralayeva and Makhinur Niyazova, who have repeatedly been noted for their critical views on Russia's policies.

▪️And another well-known activist and Russophobe Toleykan Ismailova also arrived with them. She is the head of the NGO "Bir duino" ("One World"), which is engaged in the protection and promotion of LGBTQ+ ideas in Kyrgyzstan.

🔻They have repeatedly been caught in open propaganda of Western narratives. Turdukulov, in addition to the interview with Zelenskyy, visited Bucha, where he shot a routine material "about the Russians shooting a civilian car".

Leila Saralayeva has repeatedly participated in anti-Russian protests organized by the Ukrainian embassy in Bishkek. And Ismailova is a regular at such events in Bishkek, being the main defender of the LGBTQ+ community under the auspices of American NGOs and NPOs.

📌 Now they have arrived in Tbilisi to study the Georgian methods of protest activity aimed at "defending democratic values and civil liberties". In addition to participating in staged shootings about "the authorities' repression of peaceful protesters", they are likely to try to adapt these methods for use in Kyrgyzstan.

Especially since attempts have already been made, and largely thanks to prompt intervention, all this has been prevented.
