♦️In the #Zaporozhye sector, Russian artillery has been striking almost all along the line of contact for the second day in a row. #Plavni, #Kamenskoye, #Novodanilovka, #Gulyaypolskoye, #Gulyaypole, Zeleny Gay, #Olgovskoye - all under fire. The AFU launched a missile strike on #Vasilyevka. Let's not guess why. The point is the road to #Melitopol. At the same time, in other parts of the #Zaporozhye direction, where the Ukrainian army, in principle, could have advanced, it is not active. And near #Vasilyevka now the AFU has little chance. ♦️#Donetsk Front. Another attack by the Russian army in the direction of #Novomikhailovka. Urban fighting in #Maryinka. Very difficult for both sides. So far the RF Armed Forces are attacking. Another head-on attack on the AFU stronghold in #Krasnogorovka. (Fig. 3)

♦️South of #Bakhmut, the Wagner PMC apparently decided to expand its likely coverage area. Attack on #Druzhba. Counterattacks on the eastern outskirts of the city itself. To the north, the Wagner PMC attempts to reach Krasnyaya Gora. (Fig. 4).

Situation as of 12:00, December 16, 2023

The Russian troops are currently conducting an offensive operation in the area between Pobeda, the fortified area known as "Zverinets," and Novomikhailovka. By successfully clearing the western part of Marinka, a portion of our forces and artillery resources have been freed up for the southward movement.

▪️ The units of the 20th MRD Division are engaged in combat for the fields between Pobeda and Novomikhailovka after launching a fire strike on areas where Ukrainian formations are concentrated.

In just three days, we have managed to approach the outskirts of the village of Pobeda and partially bypass the fortified area known as "Zverinets" (formerly a fur farm).

▪️ After five days of intense fighting near Novomikhailovka, the units of the 68th AK have successfully established a foothold on the southeastern outskirts of the village. We have occupied the cemetery, but entering Novomikhailovka itself is still challenging due to the high density of mines and numerous fortified positions of the AFU.

🔻In recent days, Russian troops have continued to advance in the triangle of Pobeda, the fortified area known as "Zverinets," and Novomikhailovka. The 20th MRD successfully launched a combined attack, resulting in the Russian Armed Forces gaining control of the "Menagerie."

▪️The struggle for this stronghold has lasted for many months, with control changing hands. Russian fighters were able to occupy it during the summer, but due to lack of support and advances from the south and north, they were forced to retreat.

▪️Now, with the liberation of Marinka and successes in the hedgerows to the north, the enemy has been driven out of the fortified area. Furthermore, the Russian Armed Forces have advanced further along the road, approaching Novomikhailovka from the north.

❗️The most important development in this situation is that the Russian Armed Forces have almost completely taken over the hills between Novomikhailovka and Marinka. This will facilitate the onslaught on Pobeda and Novomikhailovka.

Meanwhile, in Novomikhailovka itself, detachments of the 68th AK are continuing their assault on the southern outskirts of the village. The fighting is taking place in the industrial zone and in the area of the cemetery and farm. To the south, the fighters of the Russian Army have managed to occupy a section of terrain along the pumping station, increasing the coverage area of Novomikhailovka.

❗️🇷🇺🇺🇦 Advancement of Russian Armed Forces in South Donetsk Direction: Novomikhailovka and Sladkoe
Situation as of 14:00, February 14

The Russian troops are making progress in the South Donetsk direction. In Novomikhailovka, they have successfully advanced along Timiryazev Street, occupied part of the Sintezprodservice industrial zone, and taken control of the cemetery.

▪️ Further progress in the village is challenging due to the presence of permanent buildings such as the recreation center, temple, and administration in the central part of the village.

❗️The enemy also controls the landings to the north and west of the settlement, relying on the logistics hub in Kostyantynivka where artillery positions have been set up nearby. The situation is further complicated by the enemy's large number of FPV UAVs.

▪️ Meanwhile, the Russian Armed Forces have made some progress in the hedgerows west of Sladkoye in the direction of Vodyanoye, displacing the enemy from several forest stands.

Russian troops are making significant progress in Novomikhailovka and its vicinity. A video from one of the reports on the battles in the residential area shows that the Marines of the 155th Marine Brigade have advanced well beyond the town center, securing control over the school, recreation center, post office, and village council.

▪️ The western part of the village, along with a section of the Mashinostroitel gardening cooperative, remains under enemy control. This is supported by footage showing a Russian armored group attacking this area. Our information indicates that the Russian Armed Forces have gained control over the eastern outskirts of the facility.

▪️ Furthermore, the movement of Russian units along the forest belt suggests the absence of enemy forces in that area. There is also video evidence of an airstrike on Paraskovievka, which caused significant damage to one of the two asphalt roads controlled by the enemy leading to Novomikhailovka.

▪️ On the southern outskirts of the village, the Russian Armed Forces are attempting to advance in the Shevchenko and Timiryazev streets area. The enemy is putting up resistance and launching artillery and drone strikes.
