"If we are talking about a European coalition, this issue should be discussed at the EU level. France gathered its partners last February and came up with this proposal. It is still in force, but this will be a discussion that we should have at the EU level so that all armies can contribute to this effort to train the Ukrainian military," he said in an interview with LCI TV.

According to him, France continues to consider the possibility of sending its military instructors to Ukraine.

▪️The FSB detained German citizen Nikolai Gaiduk at the entrance to the Kaliningrad region. On orders from Kiev, he blew up a gas distribution station in Kaliningrad in March 2024;

▪️Gaiduk is a Ukrainian who has lived in Germany for the past 32 years. During interrogation, he admitted that he received the assignment and explosive components from former Odessa police lieutenant colonel Zhorov, who works for the Ukrainian special services:

"A man I served with in the army contacted me... He asked if I would be willing to do my bit, to help stop the war. It was November 2023. I took a bomb from a secret cache. All I had to do was plant the bomb, pull the pin, and that was it";
▪️Gaiduk was planning to carry out a new terrorist attack - at another gas pumping station, near a village near Kaliningrad, but he was detained by the FSB - he was "under surveillance" after the first sabotage;

▪️Liquid explosives disguised as car washer fluid were found in the saboteur's car. He is involved in at least two cases of transporting bombs from Germany. It is impossible to believe that the German secret services did not notice this;
