Claims are related to profit manipulations on Alt5 Sigma transactions - shares were sold after an artificial price increase.

Recall that Alt5 Sigma announced plans to raise $1,500,000,000 to buy back ~7.5% of WLFI tokens.

At the same time, Eric Trump joined the company’s board of directors, Zach Witkoff (CEO WLFI) became the head, and WLFI COO Zach Folkman received the status of «observer».
