In 2025, a new trend appeared to store BTC in corporate reserves, but Breed VC analysts warn: most companies will not survive the «spiral of death».

«Death spiral» = Bitcoin price drop → stock market price correction → capital attraction difficulties → margin calls → BTC sale → even greater market drop.

➥ Companies with strong management, clear strategy, discipline and BTC growth per share will survive even in a complex market.

➥ So far, it saves the fact that most companies finance purchases through equity participation, not debts.

➥ But if debt financing becomes dominant, a new bear market is possible.

Now BTC is kept on the balance sheet by more than 250 organizations, including corporations, funds, ETFs and government agencies.

We are talking about the liquidation of more than 39,500 BTC for $4,000,000,000 during the collapse of Celsius in June 2022.

Celsius claims:
⊹ Tether held a «low price sale» of $20.656 per BTC.
⊹ The terms of the loan agreement and the terms of liquidation were violated.
⊹ Tether’s actions are subject to fraudulent and preferential transfers under U.S. Bankruptcy Law.

The court rejected Tether’s key arguments about the termination of the case and recognized that Celsius provided sufficient grounds to continue the process.

🌿 #RWA JPMorgan plans to tokenize carbon.

The blockchain division of JPMorgan (Kinexys) is launching a pilot project to tokenize carbon credits.

Partners are S&P Global, EcoRegistry and International Carbon Registry.

The goal is to transfer carbon credits to digital format and track them in the blockchain - from issue to repayment.

A carbon credit is a certificate confirming the prevention or removal of one ton of CO2 emissions into the atmosphere (for example, due to forests or green energy).
