Santiment: All five of the largest #BTC transactions of 2023 were made in March, and the last one was 20,000 #BTC (~$564 million) today.
There has been a large influx of coins returning to exchanges between March 13-21 as the #BTC price surged to $28k. But since prices started to hover in a tight $27k-$29k range, supply is back off the exchanges.
The number of addresses containing 10-10k #BTC (yellow line) and the number of addresses containing >10k #BTC (red line) continue to grow in March.
However, the % held by 10-10k #BTC addresses looks more worrisome when looking at the % of #BTC supply held. After a good accumulation pattern, profit-taking gradually took effect until the end of January.
Based on the large transactions in March, as the 10-10k #BTC address level continues to decline (in %) and narrow (by total address count), it looks like there are some caveats to watch out for if you hope to see #BTC growth to >$35,000.
