👀 Bloomberg Int Analyst: This means that the CBOE and 21shares/Ark also believe this could be a key step for SEC approval. Ark is due out on August 13 and will be first in line.

👀 Bloomberg Int Analyst: We'll get a preview of how the SEC thinks about the BlackRock app in mid to late August, which is the only current 19b-4 with (alleged) Coinbase SSA included. It will be more interesting if Ark/21Shares/CBOE add SSA to their 19b-4s. Because that's the one thing that we think makes Blackrock/NASDAQ significantly different right now.

If the SEC is going to accept the SSA and all subjective reasoning as sufficient to approve Blackrock and go beyond all of their previous denials. This could happen as early as August before the first 45-day deadline. If they wait until February for the full 240-day schedule, it will most likely be a denial.
