MAHA scored a win against Pesticide Manufacturers earlier in the week with the removal of Section 453 from the House Appropriations Bill, which would have shielded Pesticide companies from liability over their cancer causing products.

BUT the fight is not over. Today the Supreme Court is meeting to decide whether to take up a case where Monsanto is seeking immunity over RoundUp.

IF the Supreme Court takes this case and rules Monsanto is not at fault, that would be very bad news. Eyes on this one 👀

When you compare the pesticide use map in the country with maps of degenerative disease rates like Cancer and Parkinson's, it's fairly obvious there's some kind of correlation

Cancer drugs alone account for almost 1/5 of all pharmaceutical drug sales, over $200 billion per year.

It's never been about finding a cure, it's always about managing the symptoms. No money to be made in healthy people, and no money to be made in cheap, effective treatments.

The "cure" is knowing the cause, anyway. Terrible diets, bodies overloaded with toxins, and stressed out humans disconnected from Nature. Better habits will lower cancer rates.

The HHS website quietly removed a page claiming that EMF radiation is not dangerous, and reports state that HHS is undergoing a study into the effects of EMF radiation from cellphones, Wi-Fi, 5G, and other sources.

The Supreme Court agreed to hear a challenge from Bayer (which now owns Monsanto) regarding RoundUp cancer claims. Bayer is attempting to gain immunity from the harm of their products.

Supreme Court better do the right thing in this case!

Durbin introduced legislation right before retiring from Congress, called the Dietary Supplement Listing Act, which would require all supplement manufacturers to register all products with the FDA - info like product name, copy of the label, allergen statements, and more.

This information is already listed on product labels and company websites, but if all products need to be approved and put into a government database, it would create a massive backlog since there are over 100,000 products on the market. If this is passed, companies may have to wait months, if not years, to get their product approved and onto the market.

And what would be the costs of this? Would small manufactures be screwed over and priced out by increasing regulation? Small businesses could be destroyed.

Natural associations like the American Herbal Products Association have already come out in strong opposition to this.
