Hygiene products are probably the worst, since women are pushed into using all kinds of make up, lotions, and cosmetics that are full of estrogenic chemicals such as parabens, pthlalates, and microplastics. Men are having their hormones destroyed, too, with global sperm counts dropping a lot over the last few decades.
