1) We are malnourished.

Eating trash food product - not food, food product - causing vitamin, mineral, microflora, amino acid, and omega fatty acid deficiencies, thus leading to hormonal dysregulation.

2) We are poisoned.

From hygiene products, to cologne and fragrances, to chemicals in fabrics and cleaning supplies and packaging and so much more. We encounter hundreds of chemicals on a daily basis that seep into our bodies. The worst of which for fertility are the xenoestrogens. Hygiene products are probably the worst, since women are pushed into using all kinds of make up, lotions, and cosmetics that are full of estrogenic chemicals such as parabens, pthlalates, and microplastics. Men are having their hormones destroyed, too, with global sperm counts dropping a lot over the last few decades.

Getting yourself healthy isn't just for you, it's for your future generations.
