Big Pharma HATES that humans are starting to ask what the root causes of their issues are - because standard medical school often doesn't teach these things.
Also - cause should be plural, causes. Given that we are a complex system of system, holistic humans, there are multiple causes for each issue.

Background: โThorium-229 produces Actinium-225, used in targeted alpha therapy (TAT). TAT attaches Ac-225 to molecules (e.g., antibodies) that bind specifically to cancer cell surface antigens. At the cellular level, Ac-225 decays, emitting short-range alpha particles that cause irreparable double-strand DNA breaks in the bound cancer cell and immediate neighbors, inducing apoptosis.
