A great documentary by the great Naomi Klein and Avi Lewis about the movement of reclaimed factories in Argentina. The country had a steep economic collapse in the 90s Carlos Menem (who apparently died at the start of this year) became president and adopted pretty much every pro-business policy in the book and forced half the country below the poverty line. This documentary, which also looks at the fucky electoral politics surrounding Menem and his opponent, follows unemployed factory workers and their fight to occupy the factory they once worked at. They also follow the workers of Zanon Ceramics and the Brukman Women - worker's collectives that, to my knowledge, are still in operation to this day.

And this one has a CONSIDERABLY happier ending than the last documentary I shared!
