KSX Mining FAQ

Why does my KSX balance turn to zero?
The SherpaX network took a snapshot of your mined $KSX on December 31, 2021. It should be noted that after the snapshot is completed, your $KSX virtual mining balance will be emptied, and the next round of virtual mining would begin on January 1, 2022.


When will my mined KSX be distributed?
SherpaX would go live on January the 15th, 2022.
All our ComingChat users who've been mining KSX would be receiving the rewards in accordance with the following schedule.

🔸10% of the rewards would be airdropped on January 15th.

🔸 30% of the rewards would be airdropped on completion of Month 3.

🔸30% of the rewards would be airdropped on completion of Month 6.

🔸 30% of the rewards would be airdropped on completion of Month 9.


How to check my mined KSX balance?
All ComingChat users please check their mined KSX through SherpaX browser by accessing the website:

🔸Never, ever share your seed phrase or account password.

🔸Do not blindly trust anyone online. It is trivial for them to lie and change their identities.

🔸Admin will never DM you.

🔸If you are scammed, there is nothing that can be done to recover your funds. If a scammer gets a hold of your seed phrase, they can transfer all your funds to their account in seconds. Its better to be safe than to risk all of your tokens.

🔸Scams are absolutely rife in this space. It is easy and cheap to set up a scam, and hard to shut one down. Therefore, the onus is on the user to be as diligent as possible in avoiding them.

How to see KSX in my Coming Wallet?
Please update ComingChat App to version V0.1.4.
You can now update from App Store/ Google Play/ Official Website.

Why my mined KSX not added to my account? Why KSX balance shows zero in my wallet?
The KSX obtained by mining is airdropped to your CID address, so you need to import the wallet with the mnemonic of the CID address to display the balance.

You could:
🔸Unbind the current wallet
🔸Re-import the wallet with CID mnemonic

⚠️But, there is no any balance that will show in your wallet if you're new miners.

⚠️Only those who's Mined KSX balance was snapshot will receive their mined amount now.

Snapshot Date: Decemember 31, 2021

In this version, the SherpaX wallet will show a 100% of Mined KSX balance, but please note that only 10% of Mined KSX is the available balance that you can transfer.
Transfer time available: Jan 15th, 2021

⚠️Please do not transfer more than 10% of the amount of mined KSX to avoid unnecessary deduction of handling fees.
