Durham already got a federal judge to agree that by enlisting her own attorneys in a criminal scheme, Hillary Clinton's attorney/client privilege was vitiated.

As in obliterated.

This is why the federal judge ordered Perkins Coie, Fusion GPS, the Clinton campaign, Neustar and the DNC to cough up all the documents to Durham that he's been using in his indictments and filings.

He's not waiting to get them or engaging in legal courtroom maneuvers to access them. He already HAS them.

This is a spin job being put out by Clinton's lawyers to try to build a PR narrative that attorney/client privilege should allow Sussmann, Elias, Simpson and Fritsch and other Perkins Coie/Fusion GPS employees to resist having to testify at the trials.
