We had this proven to us the minute the classified Carter Page FISA warrant was given to the Congress in a SCIF. Wolfe was the guy in charge of the classified documents. And the very first thing he did was leak it to his reporter girlfriend. And of course, we all know that Schiff is one of the most prolific leakers in Congress. Anything Nunes is given, Schiff gets. He's not waiting to get them or engaging in legal courtroom maneuvers to access them. He already HAS them.

This is a spin job being put out by Clinton's lawyers to try to build a PR narrative that attorney/client privilege should allow Sussmann, Elias, Simpson and Fritsch and other Perkins Coie/Fusion GPS employees to resist having to testify at the trials.
