I have full cognizance of what would happen if I took sealed evidence in a federal criminal case with massive national security issues up the wazoo and I revealed this evidence in a public forum.

I would be arrested by the feds, they would grill me about where I got the evidence from, and journalistic ethics would demand I not give up the source.

So I'd sit in jail.

Currently, Julian Assange has been the center of a very controversial extradition case because he refuses to give up the source of the DNC emails.

When the NYT's made that sudden surprise admission last week that the Hunter Biden laptop is real and authentic, they didn't do that for the fun of it. They did it because they had to.

Someone told them something. Something that resulted in the realization that continuing the narrative about the laptop being fake Russian disinfo was going to damage their credibility if they didn't reverse course NOW.

So they did.

My gut tells me that Hunter Biden and his lawyers know indictments are dropping soon and they need to get all the NYT's ducks in a row for the defensive spinning they'll have to do.

Hunter Biden has already admitted to the feds under oath in front of the grand jury that the laptop is his and all the contents are authentic.

He admitted that was his laptop. Those are his emails, text messages and files. That's him in the pictures and videos.

This would have been the very first thing the US Attorney leading the grand jury would've established when Hunter testified.

This will come out when the indictments drop, that Hunter himself admitted under oath the truth about the laptop and what's on it.

The moment that happens, the narrative that the laptop is mere Russian disinfo is USELESS and not only that, counter-productive.

Which is why it was dropped last week.

UncoverDC's report includes a CBS News video from early 2020 in which Fauci was still insisting the virus came out of a Chinese 'wet market', and he was able to do this because all the evidence about the virus being designed and coming out of the Wuhan lab had been deleted.

The moment Fauci tells the major lie that's going to utterly destroy him: he claims the origin of the virus can't be determined because the Chinese eliminated the wet market evidence. And when he's saying this, he knows full well where the virus actually came from. The NIH was already working to delete the genetic sequencing information.

Uh it's news to some people that it takes up to a year or more to get to the trial after the indictment is filed? How many federal crime prosecutions do you people even follow? I've followed them since the 1980's.

Shit, sometimes it's over TWO YEARS from the indictment to the start of the trial as the prosecutors and defense team mess with each other in filings. I've seen cases where after a year and a half of legal wrangling, a trial date is finally set and...the defendant copped a plea the day before the trial was to start.

All that for nothing.

Quick, Sussmann was indicted last September. Who's surprised the trial hasn't started yet? Who's surprised there isn't even a date set yet for the start of Sussmann's trial?

When Hunter Biden and his associates get indicted, it will take anywhere for 6-9 months just for the TRIAL DATE to be set as the prosecutors and defense teams spend months making competing filings in the courts. Then once the trial starts, it could take anywhere from 1 week to 3 months. And then if Hunter is convicted, between the conviction and the sentencing date could be another 4-6 months.

I'm just telling this to you because that's how it works. Don't shoot the messenger. I've followed high profile federal cases since I watched the last of the mob bosses get taken out in the mid 1980's.

Once the indictments drop, and Gaetz and MTG and Stefanik and all the other GOP wanna talk about it, the strategy the Dems were going to use was "there is no evidence in record about any of this so I'll stop you right there."
