This is the same plan to legally expose the EVSC for their unlawful act. Remove the insurance coverage to allow parents to sue all of them individually for blatantly violating our Constitutional rights.
This is the plan. EVSC has not filed with VANDERBURGH Recorders office, the required surety Bond. I Freedom of Information Act request has been sent certified to all the board for a copy of their insurance. A claim will be filed citing the specific violations of the law.
