We have at this point put 411 2020 General election CVR files up on Ordros, with more to come. The drive for 5 (hundred) continues!
Indiana Election Division, Brad King, has directed the County Clerks, including Carla Hayden of VANDERBURGH to not comply with the FOIAs. I have served VANDERBURGH County. We are over the target. The other States listed are providing the PUBLIC record. Indiana is creating barriers.
Each one of these does not only represent data from the election that cannot be destroyed. They represent hundreds (maybe thousands) of citizens getting involved in the process of holding their government accountable, and 411 clerks who had the courage or at least professionalism to do their job. Bravo. We are almost ready for the next phase which I am dubbing "Operation boomerang". Stay tuned.
